food was in generous portions but service was a little hard to get. didnt refill our water unless when asked but i guess they were busy. nevertheless, it is still a good experience. the salt and pepper calamari starter was awesome!

Nice ambience and awesome food- the ribeye fajitas and miso cod fish were yummy! Great for chilling out with friends. They even have a kids menu so its family friendly as well.

Very nice environment. Prime rib is very tender due to the 15 hour oven baking. Corn is tasty with a nice lime aftertaste. Overall a recommended place

The view was great. Though the afternoon sun could get a little uncomfortable during lunch, I believed some solar film would make it a better experience.

Ordered the Dallas Fajitas (beef). Food was alright and in big portions. Just felt that the beef was a little dry. The ambience was great with a good view.

Service was a bit slow, but food came quickly and was quite nice. Presentation was fantastic, flavours were well balanced. I would say it's a great casual dinner venue and also be a great place to drink with friends/colleagues.

At the suntec roof, Ambience was good with scenery of the city but food was not very good. The pasta was ok. The best is the garlic bread.

Friendly staff and nice ambience to dine with a group of friends. Will visit there again the next round we hold our mini gathering there.

Had a business meal at Dallas on last Wed. The environment was great but food and service were average. Would recommend trying this restaurant if nice atmosphere is all you need.

Quality food with nice view and ambience. Awesome place for a get together. The price is also quite reasonable. However, do think that the service require slight improvement...

Great spot for a quiet business lunch or a relaxing drink "after hours": Dallas offers high quality Western cuisine with a great value for money as portion sizes are generally very generous. The service is friendly, fast and attentive - all delivered within a stylish and cosmopolitan restaurant ambiance. Definitely worth a visit, and a welcome addition to the Singapore restaurant scene. Highly recommended.

Service was great... though food can be better for the price paid... We had pan fried snapper, vegan burger, couscous and chicken penne... all were so so only... Had great expectations from Apple Pie but turns out to be disappointing... especially the ice cream, which is kinda like thick cream lumped together...

Food was not as good as expected. Fries was good, big portion. But Dallas platter was a disappointment, warm instead of hot when served, chicken wings wasn't well marinated and only tasted normal, calamari batter was not crispy, chicken tikka was dry. Spaghetti carbonara was almost tasteless. Reserved for 3 Persons and was squeezed to share 1 table. Overall, I won't return for food and won't recommend it to friends. But if anyone who wants a drink, I think there is a good variety and you can take the alfresco seats.

Dallas Restaurant & Bar, the name alone is visible American name, city of Dallas, is not it ???. I get information about this restaurant from my friend, who like to travel far abroad. One day we met somewhere, on a beach in Bali, she talked to me, and she would be glad when it managed to enjoy food and drinks at Dallas restaurant & Bar, I was so stunned when she reveals everything with tongue stammered, hmmh how pleasure

Their prime rib steak was really worth the journey there! Tender and flavorful, and the fats literally melted in my mouth. I really liked their French onion soup in beef stock too!

Service is ok not excellent ,I order their steak ,tasty not bad ,value for money ,the portion is generous ,overall I think I enjoy the experience.

Our family tried their set lunch and the food was just average. Maybe we ordered the wrong dish.The snapper was not very fresh and the chicken was too greasy. The serving portion is typical American. Too much for us. The service was okay.

Good restaurant with a nice indoor area. Food was fabulous, and the service was great. You get a 20% discount if you order before 6.30 pm.

Service was alright but can improve with some attention to customers who sat outside. Food quality has always been good. Fish was dry and not tender for this particular occasion.

The food is nice and the place is comfortable that we can have a long chat without people disturbing or chasing us out. However, the minus point is that, we have to try to catch the staff attention most of the time when we wanted something from them. Anyway, experience was good.

Was a little disappointed that our order on 4 paxs meat platter has to change to 2 paxs due to insufficient meat portion. However, the food is good and the portion for a main is considered huge especially for a lady.

Central location, nice atmosphere. However, some of the staff tends to be a little forgetful and you'll need to get the attention of another staff when you ask for something.

The deco and environment were good, but the place was a bit difficult to locate. The food was average. Service attitude was good, but they were too understaffed that day. Had a hard time catching their attention.

Great setting, the food was very good but overall experience was let down by the service - staff were polite but were disorganised e.g we ordered drinks but had to wait more than 15 mins to get our drinks and this was only after enquiring twice why our drinks had not arrived. Would certainly revisit again, hope that the service will be better next time round otherwise I will certainly not return.

We were there for lunch with grandparents and kids on a Sat. Nice place - great view (v bright we needed sunglasses!), foods not bad, but service can be improved. We were not told that kids dine free until we were getting the bill and asked when we saw a sign on the wall. of course by then it was too late to take advantage of the offer. We had to keep asking for water refills throughout the meal. No proactive top ups. We decided that if we needed anything we just had up and get it ourselves.

Only selected Tapas was nice. The steak was the worst ever. Ambience was nice. But not many were there when we visited. Will not return.

Dallas is a nice place to chill. The food and beer are good as well. We will definitely go back again, and recommend others to visit Dallas Suntec City. There is a lack of staff as we could not find any when we wanted to place our order for a few times.

We ordered the meat platter for two which seemed to be very popular among the diners and it was delicious. There was a mix up with an item on our order but the staff dealt with it really well and did not charge us. The ambience is nice and the staff are very polite. One piece of feedback for improvement would be to try and clear the tables once diners leave pretty quickly. I noticed three tables were left uncleared for quite a while after the diners had left.

Great ambience, large portion sizes and very friendly service. The set menu is some of the best value in Singapore. Nachos, Enchiladas and Fajitas were all great.

Classy furnishing and provide a cosy environment feel. Waitress are very friendly. However for the food, it is quite normal. Not bad but not very fantastic.

Nice experience overall for business lunch. Food and service was decent. However, it can get a bit warm as the place is like a greenhouse.
