Tasty food! Respect to the team who came up with the menu. Service was adequate. Nice and conducive interior for enjoying the food. Might be a little hard to find....but it is after-all a hidden gem.

The food was delicious and beautifully plated, the atmosphere peaceful, and the people were genuine and friendly. Portions were a bit small for the price though! Overall a lovely dinner.

We celebrated our anniversary at Brine and it didn’t disappoint. The starters of cured beef and poached egg were especially good. The mushroom risotto was also very well executed.

Great food! Had the trout and the Seabass with sticky rice. Topped up to get the stater and dessert, which was nice as well. As the place was full, the service staff was abit slow in serving our drinks. Nevertheless, overall service standards were still satisfactory.
The food was great and service was quick, we didn’t have to wait long for the food. Great ambience too, would visit again definitely!

Enjoyed the ambience and food (Fjord trout and aged duck) but waited around 40 minutes for our food.
Beef tartare is too salty, Augus beef have a weird marinated taste. Hand cut chips truffle mayo also salty... No wonder it is called Brine (Salty) restaurant. Aircon is dripping water every 15mins on my back. No more second visit.
Lovely ambience. Food portion was small. Would recommend skipping the sea bass dish.

Food was well plated and tasted amazing. Would definitely recommend! The sea bass was delectable.
It is clearly overpriced. The food was served cold. Presentation was nice but taste nothing special. Plates are very small, main course is 30+ $ and not enough for a dinner even we took a starter. Very disappointed.
Absolutely perfect in every way. Will definitely go back again.
