Brine

We celebrated our anniversary at Brine and it didn’t disappoint. The starters of cured beef and poached egg were especially good. The mushroom risotto was also very well executed.

Great Place, great food and great service. What more could you ask for.

Try their dessert! Laksa ice cream! Unique taste! The food presentation is neat and pretty.

Great food! Had the trout and the Seabass with sticky rice. Topped up to get the stater and dessert, which was nice as well. As the place was full, the service staff was abit slow in serving our drinks. Nevertheless, overall service standards were still satisfactory.

The food was great and service was quick, we didn’t have to wait long for the food. Great ambience too, would visit again definitely!

Enjoyed the ambience and food (Fjord trout and aged duck) but waited around 40 minutes for our food.

Beef tartare is too salty, Augus beef have a weird marinated taste. Hand cut chips truffle mayo also salty... No wonder it is called Brine (Salty) restaurant. Aircon is dripping water every 15mins on my back. No more second visit.

Lovely ambience. Food portion was small. Would recommend skipping the sea bass dish.

It is clearly overpriced. The food was served cold. Presentation was nice but taste nothing special. Plates are very small, main course is 30+ $ and not enough for a dinner even we took a starter. Very disappointed.

Restaurant has a quint and quiet atmosphere. Small & cozy with simple tasteful decor. Service can be better and efficient. Some dishes definitely needs improvement while 1 or 2 were creative & quite tasty. Overall, interesting experience.

Brine is a small restaurant with limited seating, so making a reservation is definitely recommended! Both the mains and dessert were pretty good. Nice atmosphere and decor.

Unique dining experience! The place had a really nice ambience as well. Staff were friendly, and did not hesitate to assist us during service. Each course was also explained to us in detail during our dining experience. Looking forward to seeing more deconstructed dishes from the crew!

Small space with amazing food and friendly service. I love the tom kha sauce and the semifreddo. We also had the best wagyu rib finger which almost fell apart at the touch of the fork.

It’s a small and unique restaurant. They don’t have a lot choices in the menu. So far food tasted not so bad, price is on a average side.

Brine serves up a mean dashi mushroom risotto - a usual choice of mine. My companion had the sea bass which he loves just as much. We love the food and have been frequenting Brine for a while now. We always have the loveliest time there.

Definitely a gem in the city. The food quality n culinary skills exceed restaurants in its same price points. Would come again! Definitely a restaurant w superb staff and chef!

My second visit there to try a different menu. The set lunch is great value for money. Lovely presentation as always. 1 star off because the pasta was cooked slightly too al dente (it was still half white & so hard inside that you could eat the outer cooked coating and leave a grain-sized ball of white uncooked pasta) and I wasn't head over heels for the food. I did love the choc dessert tho!

Very friendly staff who welcomed us with a complimentary starter dish. The food was decently sized unlike some fine dining places and very tasty. Nice ambiance too
