Ordered a $200 2 pax Festival Set. Here are the feedbacks for all: A. Good side 1) Ingredients are fresh and qualified 2) Meat/seafood are well heated, not overcooked 3) Sauces are good and well-matched with different meat served 4) Interior decoration is fine. A bit compacted. 5) Friendly service with a good attitude. B. Shortcomings 1) Prawns hadn't been DEVEINED, which leaves it dirty and smelly! 2) Starter mushroom soup is too salty. 3) Beef seems to be boiled or sous-vided (maybe?) in salty water first, then get burned before serving. It may be a cooking method chosen by the chef, but not taste that good as grilled one in personal preference, especially it could bring an outstanding flavor paired with boiled n fried seafood. 4) Forks n spoons placed on the table directly, better put them on a napkin at least. 5) No extra plates for sharing food served together with food. The plate and desktop are both smooth, so it's unstable for cutting meat. Better put a mat under the plate. 6) No immediate compensation when getting feedback. At least you should change the soup, or even ask if we want to change it with a less salty soup. This is basic for a $100/pax service. In sum, Brine is still not ready for providing a $100/pax service, hope you guys can keep improving n provide better service for the following customers. Merry Christmas.

Nice atmosphere, very cosy and intimate place. However the portions are a little small for the value.

This quaint little restaurant is located in Bugis and we decided to have our Christmas dinner here. Service was impeccable, to complement the amazing food, which to our surprise are quite generous in terms of the portion. The grilled tiger prawn was simply irresistible and we will return again, for sure!
