Servers were friendly, pasta tasting menu was ok. half of the 6 varieties were good. don't bother with the cooked meat (was cooked very under the first time and in any case was not very good)

food quality only acceptable. No 'wow' factor. Serving of the pasta took quite some times and only after the other two food orders have finished.

The ambience was great, so was the staff. Staff was friendly and took the time to chat with us. Ordered a beef tagliatelle and squid ink pasta. The beef was too salty, but the squid ink was perfect. I casually mentioned it was a birthday celebration and they even surprised us with a cake!

Friendly and nice staff over there. The food is nice and dessert is satisfying. Quite pricey but the environment is nice. They also provide round big table for big group, which is convenient for us to discuss things.

Loved the melone pizza and squid ink pasta! Food was served quickly after we ordered. Would love to try the desserts the next time we visit.

Food was good. But service was lacking. I guess staff was not motivated enough to work? They should be informed that they should leave the best impression during this period of deal.com promotion as this is when the restaurants could expect most first time customers. Personally, I am not sure if I would return...

Service was not fantastic...food was not too bad...celebrated my birthday there with my family but don't feel the kind of warmth service that some restaurants will have when they know it's your birthday...

Food was bad, not even the standard of a food court's pasta. Service staff did not have knowledge of Italian food, they didn't even know what is capellini. Not ever coming back here.

Food was alright, but prices have become much steeper since the restaurant opened. Not sure if I would still call it value for money. Hmm..

Enjoyed the food, however it could be better timed to serve each course. We ordered 2 pastas and a pizza. The pizza turned cold after we finished our pastas. Had to be reminded on condiments and drinks ordered. Service people and place are nice.

Average food. Pasta good. Pizza had good texture but flavorless. Service friendly but incompetent, even when paying the bill. Got tedious asking for basics, like silverware.

Great appetiser. Average service. Average gelato. Pasta serving is small but tasty. The extra large pizza comes with 3 toppings which is value for money and delicious.

The wait was quite long. The food was good but the portion could be more. We love the waffle with 3 of our favourite gelato

Thoroughly enjoyed our dinner tonight! Great start to dinner with a platter of Parma ham, mortadella, Parmesan & 2 other cheeses - all extremely tasty! Following which, we had the lasagna, mushroom risotto & roast beef with rocket salad. Risotto was a tad salty but extremely flavorful, we loved it! Very good food, will definitely be back!

Arancini al Ragu and the parma ham pasta was great. However, the tortellini with fish was a little underwhelming. On the whole, the food was good and I will be back to try the pizza.

Bottura has big size pizza and spaghetti. The food were been served fast and having good taste. We enjoyed the nice ambiance over there. Recommended.

The environment is very noisy maybe due to Chinese New Year performance. The staff cannot really explain the menu clearly. The food presentation is not standard.

Nice casual dining with a nice selection of good food and desserts. Not too pricey but do look out for the various credit card promotions. Worth a second visit

food is good. especially the pizza and carbonara pizza. ambience at the restaurant is comfortable. staffs are friendly and will provide recommendations if you need any. however, some pasta are on a salty side.

Food was generally good. However, i found the pasta to be slightly overcooked and not AL DENTE, which is rather surprising for an Italian restaurant.

Visited bottura again yesterday with a group of 6. polenta lasagna : I was the only one at the table that enjoyed it as I thought that the bechamal sauce and beef ragu was delicious. However, my friends were not used to the polenta lasagna sheets. I found it to be enjoyable to eat though. Pizza with sweet onions, ham and mozarella: not worth the price for a pizza that is so easy to put together. The amount of ingredients was scanty too and the cheese layer was hard and thin. Burrota: this was served with rocket leaves and other salad. We paid about $18 for this side which was really not worth it as the cheese was a little tasteless and some parts of it was harder, some were softer or more liquid. I would not order this again. Aglio olio: very overcooked and soggy. The noodles were not firm to tho bite. All of us tried it and thought it was far too soft.

Great experience, outstanding food, really good wine and excellent service. Prices also are really good for the quality of the food and the location. I'll come back for sure. Thanks for the lovely dinner.

Food was pretty decent and setting was cosy. Slightly slow service due to the rush hour timing, but overall still a nice experience. Will consider trying desserts next visit.

Ordered the egg and squid ink pasta and shared a parma ham pizza together with my friends. The pasta was sublime and the sauce was great! I was hoping for a more savoury taste for the sauce but it was still good as a pretty light sauce. The serving of prawns in the dish was generous too. I'd definitely visit this place again to try the other highly popular dishes.

The pasta was yummy! Their strengths seem to lie in their pastas! We tried the rivioli in cream sauce. DO ask for waffles with your gelato as it is not in the menu.

We had the pastas and gelato and both were good. Restaurant was busy so service was a little slow but staff were nice and polite. 👍

The food served were great. Maybe it is because we were seated behind pillar, we had difficulty seeking attention of waiter or waitress. Hopefully, management will take note on this issue.

We tried the pizza and pasta. Some hits and misses. The cheese pizza we ordered was good, but the lagsane was bad. Service was OK.

Delicious lasagna, pizza and dessert, mocktail was ok, great service and ambience! Would recommend and definitely come back. Star of the meal was the dessert platter

it's a nice casual restaurant. it was 4 of us and we ordered 3 starter, 1 pizza and 1 risotto and 3 classes of the Barolo. Food came very quickly. I'm generally happy with the dishes apart from the crust of the pizza is a bit soft rather than crunchy. The Barolo wine tastes somehow very sweet, feels like either some syrup has been added or it seriously has a strong cherry aftertaste. It is a bit odd for Barolo to me. The bill came at 167 SGD because of the Barolo. In general, I think the restaurant is well priced with good food and good service.

Food is great. Simply delicious! Pasta and pizza done just right the Italian style. Just wish there were more photos of food for ease of selection. Staff service could be better

The food was tasty and good texture and presentation but service a bit poor that night. Staff seemed friendly but not so attentive until they realised we were getting thirsty. I think the large groups on the other tables were distracting them.

Food was good but portion was definitely on the small side, not like what was described in another review. The price is pretty reasonable though. Nice ambience too.

Friendly service with fast serving of food. There are many vegetarian foods which are nice. This restaurant has very nice chair. It has great back support.

The atmosphere is good but the service need more improvement. I did make a reservation and they lead me to a table which was not cleaned and there are plenty of empty cleaned table. WHY? The food is too salty. The tiramisu portion is too small, that cost S$8.90. We are too disappointed :(

The food is delicious especially the seafood pizza. The risotto of the day we ordered was bacon. At first the risotto they served was very salty so we requested to change for a new serving, The new risotto they served taste better. Overall good experience in Bottura.
