The service staff remembered my name upon arrival. Service was attentive and prompt! And all of them took initiative to provide extra cultery, acceed to our request to top up hot water for our tea etc. Overall, a very satisfying experience with the food and service. Will definitely be back!

Good ambience, delicious food, excellent service! Serving of food are quite fast too, around ten minutes wait for each order. Recommend the BBQ baby back ribs, fish and chips and chocolate volcano.

Tried once using Quandoo to make a reservation. It was easy and convenient. Certainly would use it again to make reservation if there is a need again.

The food is very delicious, especially the ribs. the staffs are friendly as well, they even give us suggestions on which is more suitable for our preference. Thank you very much

Food is nice and service is good. However, since the weather is hot, the air conditional is not strong enough even we sit indoor. Will visit again with hubby alone.

The staff and their customer service were fantastic. Would definitely recommend Wild Mushroom soup, Grill Salmon, Hangover Pizza. Not sure about the other beef dishes but I would not recommend Tenderloin. Crowd would start coming in after 6.15pm, so if you would like a quiet atmosphere with more attention from the staff, do come from 5pm

The kurobuta pork was quite tough&chewy and the baby back ribs was fatty. The lamb was fine. Service-wise, the waiters need better training. BEFORE ordering, we'd verified the credit card one-for-one promo was still valid, but when the bill came, that was not taken into account. The waiter who brought the bill told us there was no such promo. After we insisted we'd double checked earlier, then did he go and verify. There was no apology given when he came back to confirm the promo was valid, and we had to ask for the bill to be changed/corrected.

Food was good but very uncomfortable settings. We were seated outdoor. The weather was humid. No fans provided by Bobbys at all. Was told that there was no power points nearby?? Not an enjoyable experience for family with children. We were literally eating and sweating at the same time.

Service was very good. Friendly staff. Will visit the restaurant again as will as refer to friends. Food is very nice, especially the ribs. Succulent and delicious.

Waiter had to check my reservation several times but allowing my friends and I to enter, and the service is very slow although it doesn't seem to be crowded

Not too crowded when I was there with a friend. Good location which is convenient and easily accessible. ALso tasty food for catch-up with friends - bellisimo

Bobby's is one of our favourite chill out places after work. The ambiance, good food and location make for a relaxing experience. Service is also commendable. It's quick, good product knowledge by the staff and they try to their best to delight the guests. Hope they consider extending the happy hours though...

The food and drinks was yummy and reasonably priced, the ambience was very good too. The truffle fries was our favourite and Pumpkin salad was surprisingly good as well. The wine selection was rather limited though. The service staff were very friendly but visibly short handed. There were only 2 or 3 of them and we had to wait for quite a while before they attended to our requests. Overall it was a good experience and I will go back again.

Food quality and quantity good. Ambience - nice until the live band next door started playing, got a bit noisy. Smokers .. always a source of irritant.

Foods there quite nice, especially bobby's pizza, surrounding feel there also nice, but quite hot as is outside dinning. besides that, bobby is a nice place for dinning

The ambience was a little dark for my liking however food mainly their ribs was great as promised not so much the other dish we ordered (waygu burger). We got the normal fries changed to truffles ones instead without additional charge as well 👍🏼

Chicken Caesar salad good. Would recommend grilled items. Attentive service.

Good Service, great ambience and food. Will definitely be back for more with the family. Steak was fantastic together with a great combination of side dishes which I enjoyed.

Ribs was great ! Ordered the original portion that was big enough for 2 to share. However the waygu burger we ordered lack flavour though the beef patty was juicy. Food was great overall ! It was difficult to grasp the attention of their staff , one made the effort to ask about our dinner which was nice. We would visit again for more ribs !

I had a great dinner at Bobby's. But i'll have to say that they need to improve their service a tiny bit. Overall, Bobby's is a good restaurant to visit. The foods are good as well.

We had a good girls gathering but the indoor seating is quite warm. Food is good but the service is slow, had to remind them a few times and they missed our orders.

Fantastic service--very attentive staff. The food was good but the steaks were a bit tough. Fairly interesting atmosphere. Definitely worth a try if you are in Chijmes.
