Very nice food, atmosphere , a lot of variety to choose

This is my 3rd visit to Basilico and I really loved the wide selection the restaurant has provided.

Things are very fresh, except for the main course, not bad, but there is room for improvement

Quality of food was really high. And with the discount code provided by Regent Hotel, the buffet was definitely value for money!

I think that here is No.1 buffet in Singapore. Pizza is good!

I love the wide variety of cheeses, desserts and antipasti!

Impressive cheese selection. Did I mention an exclusive cheese room? Parma Ham was awesome with rock melon. Lovely desserts. Wonderful Italian semi-buffet for weekday dinners.

Having made a booking for 10 pax, we were given a room to be seated in and it was very comfortable. The food was great but it was nothing fantastic, but overall a decent experience.

Waiter looked grumpy when we asked for extra spoons. Perhaps this is not expected from a ‘high end’ eatery. When we sought clarification on the bill, he was brusque and terse with us.

Our aglio olio linguine with prawns took half and hour to be served. It was too long. They cannot cope well with the lunch crowd.

They remembered my request to surprise the birthday girl with a complimentary slice of cake. It was delicately done with great courtesy and consideration. I was please with the staff. They also offered to take photos for us. Had the anti pasti buffet with one main course and a prosecco. Loved it. The only thing I didn't like was the light above my seat. It was uncomfortable after a while.

They served really good aglio olio linguine with seafood. Very al dente and tasty.

I booked a table via Google and it was confirmed. However, the restaurant called me 20 minutes before saying they were totally booked up for lunch. Something went wrong with the system.

good quality food but really poor an inadequate service. We hosted a dinner with friends and had to clear our own plates in between courses, get up from the table to pick up our wine that had been placed on a separate table (like in a good service restaurant where waiters would attentive to he needs of the diners), and constantly ran out of water on the table. the waiters were totally un-attentive. not something you would expect from a quality hotel where they pride themselves of having a quality Italian restaurant. a sad result of something that should have been an enjoyable evening.
