It's first time to eat Greek dishes for us. We enJoyed very much‼︎! We enjoyed both dinner and the atmosphere. We want to visit again!

Every visit to this restaurant promises an enjoyable and pleasant evening. Great service staffs, lovely atmosphere and most importantly, the food is delicious. Reasonable price for the huge portions.

Excellent - would highly recommend and will return next visit to Singapore! Impressed with venue, staff and food and attention showed to my 1 year old daughter.

This is my 4th visit to Bakalaki and they have been consistently good with both their food and service! We were very impressed when they served us complimentary dessert as birthday treat and the service staff even sang us a birthday song (we don’t know how they know it’s our birthday)! Very nice touch and it also showed how much they truly value customer service (experience)!

Lovely food, personable staff who made the occasion very special with their attention, friendliness and recommendations. I would highly recommend this restaurant for family gatherings or work get together.

Excellent food, as always. Celebrated my husband's birthday, everyone enjoyed themselves thoroughly! We already received free dessert wine at the end for everyone at the table. Strongly recommend!!

The next time I need a holiday but can't leave SG, I'll come here! That's what I felt the minute I stepped into Balakaki! Food portions were really generous - 2 pax can easily share 1 main, in fact, we were so stuffed in the midst of the appetisers (we had the calamari & the oven baked vegetables) that we had to pack the mains home! Food was really delicious! Service was also very attentive & complimentary bread was provided whilst we were cracking our heads on the dishes to order! Pity that pets aren't allowed at the outdoor area - maybe Balakaki can reconsider? ;) The fact that the restaurant was full on a Tuesday evening speaks volumes!

Good food and great service. Nice ambience as well. The octopus is grilled to perfection and the staff is very helpful with the menu. They are quick to advise if the food is enough or not and they are familiar with the menu. Very happy experience overall. will come back.

Always a pleasure going to this restaurant. The host was very welcoming - he recommended us good bottle of red wine (forget the name). The food is always fantastic with good service!!

Great ambiance and service! The drinks and starters were okay, but the main course was yummy! We didn’t order dessert but the gave us some on the house, which I thought was a very nice touch.

Been there many times and must say food doesn’t disappoint. Many lacklustre Greek restaurants have come & gone. My opinion is this is the best Greek restaurant here so far. Service staff friendly and patient even when busy.

The food was fantastic, the service was very good and the staff/managers are friendly. Only tip for improvement: let us finish eating the starters before serving the main dishes. Ευχαριστώ πολύ! :D

Excellent experience of the restaurant spacious and airy ambience. Lively and attentive staff giving impressive service. We were suggested food choices confidently from well trained staff. Food is definitely a refreshing experience as we seldom eat Greek. Must eat their signature desert. Happy and satisfying dinner and will come back.

Reservation for 845pm, went early at 730pm. The host provided a table nonetheless. Good host service. However the part-timer service crew is another matter. Food is tasty, portion is big. Satisfying meal.

Food was really good and we don’t have to wait to long for our order to be ready. Love the ambiance a little noisy but it was ok. Will go again

Food was good and service was wonderful. The duty manager knew her stuff and made very good recommendations for our party of 6. We were also treated to dessert on the house which was fabulous :) Additionally, unlike most places that politely chase out when they are ready to close, Bakalaki didn’t. I was quite surprised and we really appreciate that. It was a kinda farewell dinner for one of our friends and it was awesome that we had the extra time. Thank you! We will definitely be back. Very nice place and super food, I recommend it to all that are looking for a different restaurant. Real Greek taste and also the atmosphere is like a Mediterranean taverna.

Lovely atmosphere, AMAZING service with a friendly and attentive staff. Unfortunately, I think they've taken their eye off of what makes a good restaurant: the food. My wife and I ordered the sharing meat platter. We were asked how we wanted the meat done and I said "the lamb: medium, the beef: medium rare". Everything arrived cooked the same: well done. It's entirely possible that they were just having a bad night or that we drew the short straw of the 1 in a hundred orders that are bungled but I think management needs to pay closer attention to the kitchen to make sure they are doing the job right.

Hands down my favourite restaurant in Singapore... which is saying a lot because there are so many to choose from. Food, atmosphere, and experience is just unbeatable. Every dish is so flavourful and the staff is very friendly!! Really feels like you're being transported to Greece during your meal.

The service staff was impeccable as they were very attentive to the customers needs. There is a wide variety of options in the menu,not forgetting that the food portions are big and always very tasty.

We went to this restaurant on a recommendation that it is the best Greek in Singapore. Not sure I can confirm that (haven’t not eaten in all Greek eateries) but it was excellent. Service, food and ambiance all really very good and enjoyed by our party of seven. We opted for the dips to start - which are all home made and delicious followed by meat and fish platters to share which were very tasty and the restaurant kindly gave us cake to celebrate the birthday occasion. We wee asked to confirm our reservation and it was evident why as all tables were full for the time we were there. Excellent night. We will return!

Excellent authentic greek cuisine in a very nice and well-taken care environment. The service is also really good which adds a lot to the whole experience. Highly recommended!

Food & Ambience was fantastic - Senior staff (owners/managers/bar manager) were also fantastic - junior staff seemed really unhappy and had an extremely bitchy attitude. Not just one either, I felt it from the barback, to the runners, to the waiter.

We had terrific service, excellent meal and lively fun restaurant. Definitely the best Greek restaurant option in Singapore. Looking for the YaYa in the restaurant!

Booking is definitely advised! The atmosphere is great and people all around were really enjoying themselves. The noise is fine- maybe a bit difficult to hear each other but not super bad. Service was very good as there are lots of staff; you can always get the attention of someone. The food was fantastic and serving sizes were great, in fact I was surprised they were so large. Would recommend this place to anyone. Happy!

The food at Bakalaki is excellent and there is an extensive menu. The service is friendly and efficient. I have been 3 times before but will certainly go back.

Restaurant was Fabulous had a choice of table ate on the terrace had haloumi , lamb and beef kebabs. Great wine and Greek donuts. Very good attentive staff will be back.

Yummy food & warm service with great ambience. Nice touch with complimentary dessert. Loved the lamb chop. Recommend to make reservation in advance, place was full even on a Monday evening.
