The food and service was great. The owner/ floor manager looked a bit angry though (this is what my 7 year old said)

Ordered a dish and reminded waiters 3 times. They kept saying it takes 20 minutes to bake. We waited for almost an hour after we first ordered and the dish did not appear. Looks like they are just happy that we finally forgo the dish.

Authentic Greek cuisine with a wide range of food items. Baklava dessert was overwhelming sweet though. The place is quite noisy but might be a function of there being several large grp diners.

I have patronised Bakalaki since its Tiong Bahru days. We were given a corner table with a huge fire hydrant as a third wheel right beside us which felt abit weird despite there being many other empty tables. But we kind of understand they want to optimise capacity as most tables are more 4 and we are just 2 of us. Food was served rather quickly and good especially the long standing lamb chop, and the cucumber & onion sour cream dip. Will go back becos of the food.

Amazing and authentic Greek cuisine, at a place that feels comfortable like you are dining at home! Will definitely come back again! Portions of mains are big! Highly recommend the chicken yiros served either way.

It's my first time here with my husband. The food was great, everything is cooked just nice. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and waiters are polite and friendly.

Ordered kotopoulo sharas. The grilled chicken is well marinated. Meat is not too dry. Will try more dishes next time

it is almost the perfect restaurant to go for any occasion. The food is top notch, the interior is nicely decorated , the temperature is nice , table are spaced out comfortably and lastly the server serving us made really good recommendations

First visit at the new location after being away from Singapore for 4 years. We had a great visit! The team members we interacted with were all exceptional. Clearly the boss is a great leader who has built a great team. Each of the 6 dishes we had was very tasty and enjoyable. There were a lot of families with kids (Saturday for lunch) and that gave a very nice family-friendly buzz to the restaurant. Only complaint was that there were a few flies in the dining area. But we will be back.

Great atmosphere and food. Menu was a bit hard for my parents to read due to the low lighting, but food was great. Pleased that the staff offered to debone the fish too. Octopus, swordfish, and calamari was good, and I would highly recommend trying the cheeses.
