I have reminded the restaurant, 3 times, to provide complimentary birthday cake with candle for my husband’s at the end of the restaurant, however, our table waiter (an Indian guy) whom I reminded after we almost completed our main dish, did not bring out the cake. We were already very full by the time but I had to order a dessert hoping the waiter will bring out the ‘surprise’ that the restaurant agreed to provide during my booking. The waiter waited after i ordered a dessert before he brought out a cake and charged me towards the end. If your restaurant do not provide complimentary birthday cake, pls at least inform me when I book the table. Secondly

A very bright place with mostly white furnishing and cool place with many ceiling fan on top of air conditioning, food are awesome and big serving. I have ordered their signature lamp chop for the 2nd time on my 2nd patron today, well done lamp chop is still so juicy n tender, wonder how they made this possible 😍

Great food, ambience and service! The only hindrance was some water droplets falling down from the ceiling air conditioning unit.

Another excellent dinner at Bakalaki. Service was excellent and the meat platter delicious. Topped it off with tatziki, house wine, and a yummy pastry custard desert. The ambiance is very chill and relaxed, highly recommend.

Other than the noise level which was a little bit too high, most probably because everybody was having a great time too, everything else was excellent. Great service, amazing food, made us felt like V.I.Ps! Will definitely go back.

The staffs were very friendly and efficient. All the food was served to us very quickly so there wasn’t much waiting needed. Great place to eat for big groups. 10/10 will come back again!

Everything was very good, food, service, ambiance... The only negative point was that we requested a table for 2 and we were seated at the bar area, not on a table. It was like bar stools at a low level. Bar areas are fine for bar food, but at a restaurant I expect a proper table for 2. I did bring this up with the staff but they said no tables available.

Our server went out of her way to get us a great wine and helped us celebrate our friends birthday. Couldn’t ask for more.

Nice happy uplifting atmosphere. Lamb chop was great and sea food looked good. Dips were so so. I had better one in other middle eastern restaurants.

it was too noisy, acoustics were bad. music too loud. i cant concentrate on the food and cannot talk with friends. food was just okay, not on par with the reviews and popularity of the place for the price.

Delicious food and a wonderful sparkling Rose. The service was very attentive with smiles. We were surprised by the delicious dessert on the house (can’t remember it’s Greek name) which was not on the menu. Pls make this dessert as a “regular” item on your menu 😋
