Nice serving all the time Mango promotion is fabulous There are many cute sweets scones and pies. The potion is good for ladies and kids.

The view is very good and the atmosphere is nice. They even have a piano player. The good was good but not the best.

I asked for a table with a good view and even talked to the hotel staff, as senior managements coming from London. They assured that they would assign best possible table, but the table we got had the least view in the entire bar, when there are lots of empty tables. So disappointing experience.

The ingredients for the savouries were really fresh, which is really hard to come by! The sweets and scones were just passable. The service was impeccable at first, but later, they couldn't cope well. I think they are under-staffed. But overall, it was a great experience.

Requested for a table close to the Windows for a view of the Esplanade and MBS. The staffs were attentive and there was a pianist playing melodies during the Afternoon Tea session.

the view was great, plus the lounge music was soothing. it may be more perfect if the lights in the lounge could be darkened slightly more, so as to better appreciate the view outside.

The staffs are very attentive to our request and they are very friendly. I was offered a private space for high tea when I was informed that there is a event going on at 4.30pm and it is almost full house. The ambience is worth the stay n the portion of high tea is jus nice for one person. However, I wish there is a selection for pescetarian in near future. A awesome place to spend the afternoon w friends or alone w a view :)

Quality of food has gone down. Nice presentation of food though. Menu was well balanced between savouries and sweets. Good attentive service. Had some disturbing construction noise due to some renovations work, otherwise ambience is nice for a quiet gathering with family or friends.

Good place to catch up with friends. Service was excellent. Extensive range of drinks, including non-alcoholic drinks. Staff were happy to arrange a seat with a view despite my last-minute reservation.

A lovely laid back experience watching day turn tonight from a great view in the bar ,excellent service . A nice way to spend our last night in Singapore.
