You get what you pay for. For $48 1-1 Hi Tea, it’s ok. The lychee tea was nice but non refillable. The staff was helpful especially in getting us the sofa seat.

Nice and cosy ambience! The food is also unique and tasty. We love the lychee and rose tea as it is quite soothing though is cold.

Environment still ok. But sunlight keeping shining to our seat should put blinder .various of food for main dish not much choices. Waitresses service good.

having made a reservation, but putting us on a door nearest the entrance where all the traffic is, while the food is good, the entire experience poor!!! why put anyone at the entrance table when there are so many other tables? the restaurant is not even full!!!

Very slow service. Waited for close to 2 hours before we got our salmon wellington. Overpriced for the quantity and quality of food covered under the set meal.

Great place to relax and spend a weekend brunch! Amazing collection of tea, probably the best! The service could have been better, despite of requesting, i had to really beg for the window seat (it was kept reserved for someone who was arriving after 3 hours) and when i tried reserving i was told it was first come basis! Overall must try for painting and high tea!

Ordered a signature teasery with honey lavender tea and chocolate truffle tea. Food was interesting and good. Personally preferred the honey lavender tea to the chocolate truffle tea. Was a good experience!

The atmosphere was good but service is very slow. The high-tea was average for the price paid. And it disappointing that the tea is not refillable.

Quite disappointed as there’s no seafood high tea available at this branch. Ordered brunch instead. Food quite nice. Can try champagne or yuzu ice tea. Unique and refreshing.

It was a pleasant lunch experience as the restaurant is nicely decorated and the seats are quite comfortable. The food in my opinion is not as value for money but their tea is really lovely and well presented. They also pair their tea with in-house recipe biscuits of which most are a hit but there's also some misses. Overall a nice place to be at but not for the budget conscious and would prefer taste over ambiance.

I went there with my friend and had a good time. We ordered $48/2 person, the food are good and the staffs are friendly and services are also good. I will visit there again next time.

Great place for friends catching up. Quiet and nice ambience. Food was nice too. Staff took the extra effort to explain what’s the items on the menu.

Staff took a long time to serve the dishes throughout, with the last dish taking an hour to reach the final person. When asked if the dish went through, the staff said she'll check but did not get back to us. One of the serving staff was rude too. When she came to the table with a previous dish, she only said "Excuse Me", without any explanation what dish is, or whom it should go to. Furthermore, she held the dish above our eye level, and we had to crane our necks in order to see what the dish is. Not worth the wait.

food and ambience were great but the staff were just not compassionate at all. We requested for a glass of warm water as my friend has to eat her chinese medicine but the staff insisted that because they do not practise serving warm water in fear that customers will keep asking for warm water and suggested ya to buy their distilled bottled water at $5 instead. We needed warm water and not normal temperature for the medicine. Out of 10 customers, how many actually asked water to take medicine? The staff got another colleague over and said the same thing as well. We understand that some restaurants don’t serve water as they want every customer to spend money on drinks but everyone of us bought a drink. just utter disappointed with the staff as they can’t even judge the situation compassionately.

Great and comfy environment, delicious food with nice plating.. Friendly staff with great service. Would love to try their high tea someday. Love it. Will definitely go again!

amazing food and classy place to habg out with dates

Good variety for tea, nice ambience. We ordered the tea set for two persons and I personally preferred the savoury treats, compared to the sweet treats within the set. And I really enjoyed the iced lychee tea, highly recommended!
