Great family style cooking, even Grandma approves and had a good meal! Must-try dishes include the Signature Char Siew, Ah Ma Style Fried Kway Teow and Fried Fish Tail. Won't be long before my next visit now!
The staff incharge of booking was not friendly, my booking time is 6pm and we are 10 mins late. He raised his vioce n wants us to leave restaurant by 7pm without giving me a chance to explain.
Food is good with a wide selection but the service is so so. Took some time to get the attention of the waiter and was unfriendly
Kelvin Yam is a man with a vision. His dream was to bring zi char, the iconic Asian comfort food of Singapore, out of the hawker centres and into a stylish and sophisticated new audience. The result is Yam’s Kitchen, a Pasir Ris restaurant with a reputation for quality and affordability: exactly what you would expect from such a well-garlanded chef as Mr Yam. Head down to Pasir Ris Close – right by Changi Airport and Wild Wet Waterpark – for a family meal to remember.
The menu at Yam’s Kitchen is filled with the hawker centre classics and Asian family favourites. Seafood specialities like Singapore crab, abalone and fish tail are there, as are crispy chicken and duck. Those who venture down to Yam’s Kitchen on Pasir Ris Close in Pasir Ris are advised to reserve their tables now.
