Food always finish fast n no topup Especially seafood part
Been reserved for two tables but system only showing 1
The food was good and service was fast and efficient, staff was nice to talk to. The restaurant wasn't too busy when we visited and the ambient was very good.
Service could be better though as our orders/requests were often forgotten
Such great place to relax chill and enjoy celup. Recommended
Felt most welcomed as it was our very first time eating hotpot at a restaurant!:)We tried four flavours of the soup base collagen, chicken, tomato and mala.
On the day of my visit, the Chinese staff who's on duty provided excellent and professional service. It was the day of the dumpling festival, was pleasantly surprise
happy with the overall dining experience at this restaurant !
One of the underrated hotpot places in Singapore. A hidden gem.
Centrally located in the heart of Chinatown, this place is easily accessible and good is value for money.
service is okay. food is okay..got promotion when we visited
The prawn paste was too salty. Pork slice served was disappointing as well, solely meat without fat. The air-con not functioning also. I sweat a lot while eating...this restaurant was over rated.
Awesome chinese hotpot place with great service and ambience. Will come back again.
The taste was not good, and waited very long time for the food.
The shop only reopen on this coming Monday (7/13)! We were only told by their staff when we reach there!
Overall restaurant is clean and don't have that mad rush with people talking loudly o kids turning the restaurant into a playground.
Not suitable for clumsy like me, their table really makes me knock here and there countless times. And the food is kinda average for me.
The place is quite quiet and chill on a Friday night, and they played alot of mandopoo. =) Food-wise variety not alot but tasted not bad!
All staff are very nice! You should try!! Good deals!!
More varieties of choices with buffets style. Food was good but find it expensive. Service was soso as we need to wait sometime even no crowded.
not bad experience overall. nice decorations, easy to find place .
Some of the ingredients are not so fresh like the fats on the bacon that tastes rancid. The large artery is also very chewy (not the crispy type). The rest of the items are pretty decent though.
Overall service good but just the soup too spicy. What amazed me they got sauce can make you taste not spicy anymore. But some staff face did not smile at all.
The food is cheap and fresh. Excellent service, the waiters and waitress there are very responsible and kind. They kept eyes on every table's pot and helped to add soup, even when we didn't notice the soup became too less. Only the tables inside are a little bit dark and narrow, but the environment is comfortable, really feel like eating in Chongqing. The only suggestion for Xiao Mu Deng is to make a separate English Menu. The only suggestion for eaters is: just take a note that their spicy soup is quite spicy...LOL
