food quality is at tip top condition as usual. services given by the staff in the outlet also at tip top condition as ever. Out of the number of times I head to bugis outlet none gave me a single bad experience. thanks a lot bugis outlet 😁😁 will definitely be back again.

Mala soup is better than haidilao. Service is pretty good too. Wish they sell their soup like haidilao does

Great as always! Prefer this over HDL. We reached earlier & the waitress gave us a queue number, managed to head in before our reservation. Love the broth & sauce + condiments selection!

the food quality is just simply amazing! Fresh and nice! The portion given is so worthy too. the soup base are amazingly infused with rich taste and aroma especially their buttery mala base. Not too spicy and definitely the taste is just so flavourful. Definitely will be back for it! the service is great too even though they are busy for the whole day as it was the eve of holiday and could see the staff are already exhausted. the atmosphere of the environment is so nice and cozy too. definitely will be back again and again for their food, service and environment to dine in. What's better they open till late night hours! Another amazing hot pot supper found :)
