Another good experience at this conveyor style hotpot place. Freshly cut meat, good selection of sides and nice crisp appetizer make for a decent, quick lunch. Recommended in my opinion ;)

Too pricy. Not a lot of choices. Very rush. Overall not a pleasant experience.

Easy on the pocket conveyor belt style hotpot is the draw here. Tasty soup coupled with fresh food items make for a yummy meal. Worth a visit if you haven't tried :)

service was generally good except that staff should at the start, explain to us that there is free flow of fruits, appetisers and sauce as we were not aware. Previous visit to another outlet, all these need to pay extra.

Choice of soup base is sufficient and the ingredients are reasonably priced. Only grouse is that we were double-charged - 12 plates was charged when we consumed only 6. We only discovered upon reaching home and didn't bother to return for a refund. Please do check your bill on the spot before payment is made.

Nice ambience, good food and price ok to eat for family

It was a good experience. Food was good. But after you count the plates it do add up. For 2 person dinning be prepared to fort out $70 or more.

Very special, you order the soup base then choice the ffod you want to eat. But evdry plate have different price. End up not that cheap.

Another conveyor style hotpot place that I'm trying :) The set lunch isn't filling - small serving of veg which is included with the "free" soup; 5 pcs tofu, 3 pcs mushrooms, 4 prawns, 4 pcs Taiwan sausage; and rice. So had to add on meat separately; which then makes for a more costly meal. Food items are fresh notwithstanding the higher price and service is quite friendly and attentive. Definitely worth a visit if you tire of the usual steamboat buffets with lacklustre food...

We had an interesting dining experience at Upot. It was definitely an unique way to enjoy hotpot. I shall recommend it to my family and friends.

The food at upot is cheap and decent :) The mushroom soup is really good and you're more than welcomed to top it up with more mushrooms from items along the conveyor belt. No need to order and wait for the hot pot ingredients to arrive as well :)

The atmosphere is nice but the food is mediocre, not much variety The staffs’ introduction were a little too fast, before we could even answer, they just went on and on.........

Went back for the second time. Soup base was just as good, food was still quite fresh despite it being the end of the day. Staff were attentive and helpful.

5 of us dined at UPot. We were shown to a booth that’s supposed to be able to accomodate 6 normal-sized people with no bags. Space between each person was very limited and there was hardly any table space, especially once the soups and veggie arrived. Soup : flavours were quite tasty, but broth is quite thin. Food : came out on plates quite quickly, but as it’s a conveyor belt, you need to grab it when you see it, otherwise, you’ll need to wait a while again. Sauces : not much of a variety, so not all of us spent the $2 to get the sauce “buffet”. Money : about $30 per person, but not very filling. Might be better going in smaller groups and sitting directly in front of the conveyor belt.
