I'm a regular here because the food is delicious and value for money, and the staff are friendly and remember their regulars. Nice atmosphere by the sea.

Nice food and the food was cheap. Will consider to come back again.

Very nice outdoor eating at seaside with live music and delicious food. It was not overly crowded unlike the more well known restaurants few steps further down. Meal and wine did not come cheap but value was definitely great.

A wonderful time was had by all. The food here is good, reasonably priced, and the hospitality warm and sincere. Will be back again.

The restaurant outlook needs to be refurbished as it looks run down (esp the air con room we went). Thus, it may be the reason why is not attracting crowds as compared to the other restaurants.

Doesn’t seem like the same Chef cooking. Doesn’t taste as good as normal time. Service was poor too. Had to self serve most of the time and have to keep reminding the staff on our various requests.

The food was delicious and we had a great time although we had some difficulty getting the attention of the waitresses. The lady who took our order was knows their menu and recommended us with their signatures.

Crabs were very fresh, very nice setting overseeing the beach. Good to reach Restaurant in evening when the sky is still bright, to get a good view and breeze. :)

We went on a quiet Saturday afternoon. Certain dishes made quite an impression - Lala fried beehoon, dongpo ruo, petai beans. Chili crab and mantou,

Although Ubin First Stop is a quieter seafood restaurant than its bigger neighbours at East Coast Seafood Centre, my family always choose to go there. Firstly we get better service. Secondly we are near to the sea and have a better ambiance. Thirdly the food is just as good as any of the others and we would like to keep them in business

Great food. Fresh seafood & presentation was beautiful with the butter crab plating brinking on being artisitc. Some lapses in service but still acceptable. Enjoyed the location near seafront. Plus they were having a 28% discount which made it worthwhile.
