There are not many good places to eat near the hotel, but one decent option is...

Service is good. Friendly staff. However hard to get staff attention as all are very busy.

the waiters and waitresses are knowledgeble! i saw a pic of a drink from trapizza’s instagram and wanted to try so I showed it to the manager what drink this was, the manager immediately recognised it👍🏻 The pizza was nice but not the carbonara cream pasta was way x2 too salty and dry. I overheard another table also commented that the food was too salty. Hope the chef can do a review when preparing the food. I wished to eat more but could not as it was too salty. It should be well balanced. When comes to settling the bill. the cashier was able to help to add points for shangrila member as well as helped us to get further discount using islander card. thank you!

Food was ok. Their calzone crust was too thin. Had better ones in New Zealand. Atmosphere was too noisy. Good beach view though. Overall I will give a 6/10 for my personal review.

The food and ambience were the only saving grace of this restaurant. I enjoyed my Seafood Risotto and my friends liked their pizza and meatball spaghetti. But unfortunately, the service is terrible. The waitstaff need to be more gracious and accommodating. It seemed like every time we'd call them for something (may it to ask for water, napkins etc) it is a huge inconvenience for them. It also takes awhile for us to get their attention. It seems like they are undermanned which makes them overworked and hence affects the level of service. It's a shame because the food is great but most likely won't go back.

At 8pm they told us that the last order in the kitchen was at 8:15 pm and at 9pm they asked us to leave the place because it closed. It's a real shame because we would have stayed longer and in any case, if you can book on the website after 8:30 pm, there is something wrong!!!

Service was good. Food were delicious. Perhaps they can install more portable fans or coolers as it can get very hot on a sunny afternoon.
