Peroni Pepperoni! Italian Pizza and Beer Extravaganza (From 1 St March)
Trapizza joins hands with Italian beer Peroni to present a pizza and Italian beer extravaganza from 1 March to 31 May 2023. Enjoy two thoughtfully created Peroni beer infused cocktails that can be savoured as refreshing tipples on their own or paired with a selection of Trapizza's signature thin crust pizzas as a meal at the restaurant.
Immerse in relaxing island vibes and relish a beachfront dining experience with unparalleled views while sipping on an invigorating Peroni Fruity Spritz cocktail comprising the Italian beer, Elderflower Liqueur, Italian aperitif Aperol, Soda and Orange Juice. The Peroni Al fresco highlights the golden and crisp beer in a citrusy concoction featuring another iconic Italian aperitif Campari, Grapefruit Syrup, Lemon Juice, Cucumber Juice and Soda, perfumed with Bay Leaf. The handcrafted cocktails are available at SGD 12++ each.

The complete pizza and beer experience can be had with the Peroni and Pepperoni Set. Enjoy the two new beer infused cocktails, or one of the cocktails and one bottle of Peroni beer, with the restaurant's Pizza Pepperoni at SGD 45++. For more variety, choose from other popular pizza flavours such as the Pizza Siciliana, Pizza Margherita, Pizza Inferno, and Pizza Aloha.
Purists will be able to enjoy the Peroni beer in its original splendour with a bottle available at SGD 10++ (U.P. SGD 14++).

Feast on authentic Italian festive specials this holiday season at Trapizza, our casual beachfront Italian restaurant located just a few minutes’ walk from the resort.
Savour the Spicy Lamb Pizza (SGD 26++), our signature thin-crust pizza topped with an unctuous and flavourful spicy tomato sauce with braised lamb, as a nod to the common custom of preparing lamb dishes for Christmas in Southern Italy.
For pasta lovers, a Tortellini di Zucca e Guanciale (handcrafted pasta with butternut squash, crispy aged pork guanciale and veal jus, SGD 32++), serves up the winning combination of sweet and savoury with the sweetness of the squash pairing perfectly with the savouriness of the cured meat and richness of the veal jus.
Relish the Orata al Forno (baked seabream with mediterranean marination and rosemary potatoes, SGD 48++), where the delicate white fish is cooked impeccably for juicy and fork-tender meat infused with spices, accompanied with a refreshing mixed salad.

Mark the festivities on a sweet note with a serving of Panettone Tradizionale Italiano (traditional Panettone with warm chocolate sauce and vanilla gelato, SGD 15++).
The authentic Italian festive sweet bread is also available for takeaway to enjoy in the comfort of your home. A whole homemade Italian Panettone is available at SGD 35+.
Relax with a festive cocktail amidst the sea breeze and beachfront vibes. The Honeyed Passion cocktail (SGD 20++) sweetens the season with Four Pillars Christmas Gin, passionfruit puree, homemade honey and thyme reduction, plum bitters and vegan foam.
