Food was surprisingly good and with a good mix of Friday crowd

Poor service staff. Took such a long time to get the attention of a service staff to take orders and even to ask for the bill. Missing out on orders too. Attitude of the service staff in general needs to be improved as well.

Service can be improved. The mala chicken took a long time to come.

alot of influencers rave about the place so I brought my friends to try it. but in the end the food quality is mediocre and the best dish: wagyu beef cubes are so chewy! it's a huge disappointment.

It was an awesome place to hang out with friends and family! Love the waygu beef cubes the most and drooling just thinking about it! Take note of their closing time as it means that all 🍺 will have to stop so that they close promptly 😊

The place filled up pretty fast at 12. It is good to make reservation prior to visit.

Enjoyed my dinner at Tipsy Bird, food was great and value for money! Went there on time and it wasnt very crowded, so we got seated and served fast enough. Atmosphere and ambience was good as there wasnt many people drinking, so noise levels were decent enough.

House pour wines are great! Great outdoor seating areas and great service!

Service is good sometimes but hard to get staff attention when sat at corner. Sometimes there were no tables unless reserved in advance .

when I arrived, was made to wait for ~ 5 mins because the receptionist was taking a reservation call, even when I showed I had the safe-entry/contact token for her to scan, and said I already had a booking, and my guest was already seated. I think they will need to better manage the entry, as there were also a long queue of customers behind me, all had to wait because the receptionist was on the phone to take in new reservation. This would not go well for customers. Ordering and foods also took quite some time, even though my guest ordered a simple avocado toast, which should not be too difficult to prepare because she had to get back to the office. Either the kitchen was under-staffed, or priority was given to those ordering "set-lunch." For my last visit with two other friends, my burger meal arrived when they have almost finished their meals, and that was after two promptings to alert them that my food has not arrived yet. Somehow, it showed a kitchen management issue. Overall, the experience was not that positive though the food was ok.
