Good ambiance and efficient service from the Staff. Food and Beverage served a la fine dining...dessert was divinely smack-a-lip Kudos to all at Rose Veranda
Excellent service, and very attentive staff. There was interesting variety in the buffet spread of international cuisine. A thoroughly enjoyable experience. Beautiful and comfortabke setting.
Absolutely wonderful! The best service and food in Singapore. The service was better than any other hotel or restaurant I've been to in Singapore. Will come again for sure.
Great service from the crew, including the service manager Mr Ashok. We enjoyed the meal and the ambience of Rose Veranda which has always been one of our favorite high tea venue.
Our small group had a great time. Good service from the staff, lovely environment, most of the food items are good but the laksa was a little disappointing.
Good service. Nice setting for groups to chit chat. Food selection is wide enough. I like the cakes. Coffee is average, could have been better.
Excellent service, good selection of teas. However, I thought the food selection was relatively limited. For example, the protein selection were mostly Indian - prawn, fish, chicken.
Rose Veranda used to be our favorite high tea place. After their renovation, the price increase, spread is much much lesser and smaller, complementary parking is only for first 2 hours. It's so disappointing, instead of improve after the renovation, it become worse :(
Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Some of the food items could have been tho, e.g. beef rendang, the chicken curry or ramah? the ice cream was melty.

The high tea is more like buffet rather than traditional English high tea. A little disappointing on that front. Food is average at best, and variety is limited. However, service is good, as expected from a 5-star hotel.
