The Orange Lantern restaurants in Singapore and especially this one in Jurong East’s IMM Building are some of our favourite places on the little red dot for casual Vietnamese dining. Inspired by the design of traditional Vietnamese silk lanterns, The Orange Lantern concept aims to bring every diner good fortune, cheer and warmth. The Orange Lantern inside the IMM Building is right on Jurong East Street, just a short walk from Jurong East MRT station, and it’s HACCP and halal-certified. On the menu you’ll find all the Vietnamese dishes you know and love, as well as plenty that will surprise you. Reservations are essential.
The Orange Lantern in Jurong East’s IMM Building Singapore looks beautiful from the outside with atmospheric and authentic Vietnamese decor that, when combined with the smells that waft from the kitchen, make this a restaurant that’s impossible to walk past. Once you’re seated inside, the menu at The Orange Lantern Jurong East is one that will make you feel right at home as it offers quality and classic Vietnamese food that you can tell has been made with love. Start your meal at The Orange Lantern IMM perhaps with fresh rice paper rolls or some minced chicken on lemongrass sticks – they’re perfect to get you ready for your main…
For your main course at this Jurong East gem, the Vietnamese beef hotpot is one of our favourites for something hearty, while for a slightly lighter bite, the grilled chicken Vietnamese-style sandwich – or bánh mì – is sure to hit the spot. Throughout the week at The Orange Lantern IMM there are set lunches available, lunch bento boxes and all sorts of varying wraps and salads. Head to Jurong East Street armed with a reservation.
Service was prompt. Maybe because the dinner crowd is not in yet. Food was good. Wish I have more friends to eat with to try more variety of food.
Food are good but waiter not that friendly. She should at lease inform us how to use the Ipad then rather hand over to us.
Favourite Vietnamese casual dining cafe. Good spring rolls and noodles.
