Good experience overall but they can improve in seat arrangement

Return customer here! You just can't get "board" of this place with endless games and splendid recommendations by staff shirleen, I had to say this to her : "Uno us too well!".

Service staff at Minds Cafe was very good - patiently taught us how to play the games and suggested games we could play in a small group (there were only 3 of us)

A lot of interesting board games, staff will explain the game to you properly. Enjoying our time there most of the time, Night fever (unlimited board games, snacks and drink) starts after 10pm.

seems like lack of manpower as hard to get the staffs attend to us and did not recommend and provide us some advise on the games

It's my 2nd time in 2 months to the Mind Cafe. Love the ambience, and the hardworking staff. They were patient to hear our queries and readily offered their assistance, when we not sure of certain boardgaming rules. The package includes free snacks and drinks, which is a great value-for-buck deal. Looking forward to my next visit soon, to play the Donald Trump boardgame (wink) as well as the LOTR Card Game (staff said they'll learn the game and teach us soon :) And on weekends, they open till 2am and 6am as well. Mind Cafe - Highly Recommended :)

Great way to spend a couple of hours on weekends

My children love the place. They like the games and food.

I was recommended this restaurant by a close friend of mine and initially i was hesitant. But after taking my chances and going here after a day out, i really did not regret taking my friend's words for it. I loved the vibe, the food, the fact that we can play games (some of which i otherwise wouldn't have played) and the staff. I do find the staff to be somewhat overworked and stretched out, always needing to entertain multiple requests to different people. To that i say keep up what you guys do best and never say never!

Very nice visit. Place is really packed and understaffed. Felt a little embarrassed to keep calling them for assistance as they are already as busy as it is. However, staff “Shirleen” took initiative to keep prompting us on whether we need refills on drinks or a change of game or recommendations. For that, this deserves my time to write in a positive review.

Enjoyable with excellent service. Staff are amiable and patient. Array of games to choose from and even if we don't know, staff will recommend new ones and explain in detail. Price is reasonable especially for students. Recommend more students to come and chill after exams. Will come back often with my friends. 😊

great deal and good selection of games..service was quite a mix bag. certain staff were extremely friendly and helpful, some were rather dismissive tho overall the experience was pleasant. food served was average but we were there during an all you can eat and play promotion and was surprised that it was very much well worth the money! would highly recommend visiting!
