The staff members are very helpful, friendly and accommodating throughout time we spent there! My friends and I had a really enjoyable time:)

Understaffed - Difficult to get hold of game masters and did not have time to explain game rules. Drinks were too diluted.

Nice place to hang out with friends. But it is very very noisy when it is crowded, as it was enclosed and small area.

It was our first time visiting the mind cafe and we really enjoyed ourselves. There was a wide variety of board games and the service provided was very good!

Games are poorly maintained, and food isn't their forte but I still enjoy a nice place to play games

upon entering, the staff was not only warm and friendly, but also really accommodating to our needs & requests. we made a reservation at 1415 for 7 pax but only 3 of us arrived first. the staff kindly allowed our time to start at 1445 instead to ensure our value for money. they even offered us snacks & drinks while we were waiting for our friends. explanation of the deals and games was also done impeccably. although most of the staff were occupied with the setting up of an event later on in the day, the remaining staff were still helpful, friendly and prompt in service. the mains was really good and generous in terms of portion, and there’s a wide array of (free-flow) drinks & snacks up for selection. all in all, highly recommended and will definitely come here again next time!

Second time there went awesome too. Surprisingly packed and was recommended a great strategy game! Do look out for your belongings though- a shopping bag was accidentally taken away that was bedside me on the floor 😫. But overall good experience though!!
