More of a place to play games than to eat/drink. reservations quite important - it gets packed.

Great experience, enjoyed my time there with my friends. Staff was friendly but doesn't seem to be as experienced as the ones at the first outlet. Would be good if they can tell you which outlet your booking is under when you make the reservation as we went to the wrong outlet initially.

A wide variety of games available and staff was very patient in explaining the rules of the games.

could understand that it was a friday night so there are a lot of guests, but the service was really really really slow. your orders are even forgotten despite countless times of requesting.

various board games to play. the amount of time (2h package) will not enough if you want to try out new games. would recommend to go for unlimited gaming hours!

First timer here! It’s a really great place to come with your friends and enjoy a wide varieties of board games as well as the free flow of drinks and snack

Was great! Attended by Jolynn who explained to us abt shifting to another outlet nearby as their main outlet was full house. We were escorted to their next outlet and served by another staff who provided us the food and beverage immediately as we were the first group to be there. We end up extending another hour. Really enjoyed the time there.

The staff was very patience explaining and introducing the games to us. Some of which the games instructions were pretty confusing in the beginning,but the staffs were able to guide us along well before we played on our own. Great job

price range are really affordable and lots of games to choose from. The drinks and simple old school snacks are pretty amazing too and they have a wide variety to choose from!

Food is average while the service is terrible, most of the time they just ignore us. Give us a 2 person table instead of 3 pax even when we had make a reservation. Not a good place to celebrate birthday, they gave us the birthday cake without plates and utensils. Upon requesting for the plates, one of the staffs agreed. But he forget to pass us the plates and we waited for quite sometime. Upon asking the second time, the manager refuse to give us the plate and ask us to eat with tissue when our cake is too soft and will be too messy for us to consume. In general, I think the service could be better and think of customer’s point of view.

I had an enjoyable time. If you are ensure of how to play the game. The staff are quite knowledgeable about the games and explained the games very clearly. Also, the food and drinks are good for the price.

Food wasn’t pleasant at all but because it’s a board game cafe so it’s not the food that we are there for, just convenience. Games were fun, a lot to choose from but cannot hear my friends at all because Of the noise

i wished there were more toilets. With free flow drinks and snacks, it is bound to have high usage of toilet and queuing for it is not the best thing when u're on a time limit. All in all, it was a great experience and i will definitely go again :D
