We had to wait for our lontong goreng kobe a little longer as the chef prepare same order food in batches. Nevertheless, our order came in hot and good. We truly enjoyed it.

We celebrated a friends birthday and the service was tip top. Will definitely be back again for the next birthday celebration.

It is a great place to have a team lunch. There are good choices for the mains and also for the desserts. It can get noisy as everyone is in a good mood.

Food was served very fast and portion was generous. On top of that when after paying the bill,was given a slice of cake packed as take away. Malayan Council have always been my favourite restaurant to dine in. The first outlet I went was the Dunlop Street,it was eight years ago and till now it have been one of my favourite restaurant to dine in.

Food was good. Service was good. Portion too much. May be more enjoyable if portion is smaller and cheaper.

Food portion served is generous and can be shared by 2-3 pax. Interesting take of local flavours. Staff are attentive and friendly.

Amazing staff who are always cheerful and warm when interacting with us. Food portions are really huge and the quality of food is not compromised. Value for money. Ondeh cake is a must-try. We got free cakes, drinks and appetisers too as we were celebrating family members birthdays.

First time here, at first the service was bad as we need to wait nearly 10 mins for staff to give the menu and another 10 mins to take order. after the food came, the service are better. portion are big and worth the price!

The food was delicious and the portion was good for sharing. The service is generally very good except for a male staff who appeared not too friendly. Maybe it was just his bad day. He didn’t smile, he broke some crockery n appear not to be in very good mood. The birthday service was excellent. The staff will turn off the lights in the restaurant n encouraged all customers to sing together for the birthday person. It was a very enjoyable lunch for our group of 8pax.

We had seen this restaurant on Trip advisor. It was located in a halal section of Singapore. It was a very abundant and tasty. My husband ordered the pasta with seafood and I enjoyed a lamb dish both dishes were quite large, also quite spicy but flavorful. They were so vgegenerous

The service of the waiters, waitress & chef were really good. Food came in early. We did not wait long. The waiters cleared the table as soon we hve finished, he did nt hesitate to help to take our pics. He asked about how we find the food, how comfortable we are at the table. We told them that the a/condition was too strong so he even suggested we change place/to the table farther from the a/con. We stayed there till late 9.30pm. Cos we had to finish our cake & latte bt we were not reminded about the closing time. This i find very comforting as the gesture reflected that they are understanding about customers who tried to finish food. We took longer time to finish as the servings were big & there’s only 3 of us eating the big portion.thank you fr the gd food, gd service & cozy ambience for our small gathering.
