The Carvery

Went there for a birthday celebration and it was such a wonderful experience. The food was great and staff was friendly. Have been meaning to go back again!

Totally no information as i made the appointment but turn up with no 30%discount , mistress told me that only Chope got 30% discount but they never told me until I show up at the restaurant!

Great! Good food and good service. The spread is not huge, but it is good and the carvery itself is nice. the meat is cooked well and I will definitely be back.

The lunch buffet at the Carvery had a good selection of meats from the carving station - beef, lamb & chicken - all tender & succulent, accompanied by wide variety of sauces. The salad bar also had some interesting and tasty mixes - the smoked duck salad, prawn salad and the quinoa salad definitely worth a try. The hot dishes had both seafood and meat dishes. Service standard is excellent.

Good food and good view from the restaurant. A simple range of western fusion food. Would like to have more dessert like ice cream or gelato.

Despite of last minute add on on our group size from 4 to 6 and fully booked, the team reacted quickly by offering an outdoor zone with potable air cooler to us. Excellent service.

The beef was good. If you would like to have a quiet place with less human traffic, I would highly recommended this place. Without the Citibank 1 for 1 promo, it would be overpriced.

Food was delicious, fresh oysters and nice desserts, but there's always room for improvements. The service was also excellent, was very prompt to our queries.

Dry-aged beef was excellent! Roasted honey chicken was sweet and succulent! Roasted pork belly was soft and tasty with crispy rind. Various cooked dishes and seafood-on-ice were all outstanding too, especially seafood aglio olio, tomato rice, crispy salmon with lemongrass sauce, Guinness beef stew, clam chowder, stir-fried asparagus, mushroom casserole, iced blackcurrant juice with watermelon, coffee cake, summer berries pudding, and British trifle. Ambience was great too, overlooking an outdoor pool against a sunset backdrop. Recommended for romantic dinner or group gathering.
