Dry-aged beef was excellent! Roasted honey chicken was sweet and succulent! Roasted pork belly was soft and tasty with crispy rind. Various cooked dishes and seafood-on-ice were all outstanding too, especially seafood aglio olio, tomato rice, crispy salmon with lemongrass sauce, Guinness beef stew, clam chowder, stir-fried asparagus, mushroom casserole, iced blackcurrant juice with watermelon, coffee cake, summer berries pudding, and British trifle. Ambience was great too, overlooking an outdoor pool against a sunset backdrop. Recommended for romantic dinner or group gathering.
