THE BOILING SOUP

Very homey and basic hotpot place. Tastes slightly above average but the price doesn’t quite justify. I wouldn’t recommend and won’t be returning.

Overall we really enjoyed our first time at The Boiling Soup! They don't have the most ideal layout but the owners make it work, traipsing up and down the staircase to deliver orders. We did think the portions are small for the price, though it was fresh so still good. Owners are accommodating and friendly. The condiments are amazing - fried shallots, garlic, homemade sambal etc. Soups were very tasty (by the end it felt salty haha but still shiok), and don't just taste like typical ready-made pastes.

Had an enjoyable time at this cozy family-run restaurant having a three-broth hotpot. They were attentive to requests and friendly overall. Ice creams were a pleasant surprise. Would come back and curious to try their regular menu.

Overall service is fine but the seafood like fishball, dory fish and the pork seems frozen and not as fresh

Went for dinner with my family.. a good place to have steamboat if you are looking for something simple as choices are ingredient is not as extensive..

Love the soup here, especially the pepper bone, pumpkin chicken and mala. The mala soup is drinkable as it is not filled with oil. Beware of the addiction to their soup =p

Third visit. Consistently good quality soup bases; Tomato, Mushroom, Iberico Pork, Pepper Bone etc. New menu items have been added e.g. Spaghetti with chicken that was great value-for-money!
