Thinking about making a TAKI Japanese Dine & Sake booking?

Taki Japanese Dine & Sake have got all bases covered when it comes to Japanese food and drink. Take a seat at this riverside restaurant, with a supreme location along Singapore’s picturesque Boat Quay, and relax into a tall, ice-cold Kirin beer, imported direct from Japan. Even better, if you’re eating with a crowd, go for the Kirin Tower, a chilly column of Japan’s finest brew clocking in at 2.5 litres! If beer doesn’t whet your whistle, ask Taki’s friendly and knowledgeable wait staff about their superlative sake list – they have premium bottles of junmai-shu, junmai ginjo, and junmai daiginjo sake available.

Taki Japanese Dine & Sake proudly, and quite rightly, make a point about how they deliver the best to Singapore’s Japanese cuisine scene. Fresh fruit and vegetables are air-freighted twice a week from suppliers in Japan, while the soup stocks they use are provided by a traditional producer based in Kyoto. Highly sought after batches of Hokkaido Snow Beef Wagyu are sourced from Wolfgang Puck’s CUT restaurant, and even the salt is of a uniquely flavoured type called moshio, prepared from briny Awaji seaweed. Simply put, this Boat Quay restaurant has serious chops when it comes to Japanese cuisine. A must try.
