The restaurant was very understaffed so service was slow. We had to ask for soup refill so many times because they kept forgetting (our soup was almost fully evaporated by the time they refilled it..) Food was great though, but would only come back if they improve on their service.

Fantastic value for money. The portions are generous and we had a satisfying meal without burning a hole in the pocket. Selection of soups is varied without being bewildering. The restaurant was obviously short-staffed on the Saturday that we dined there. But the service staff remained courteous and attentive at all times.

The 小龙虾 soup base is quite novel but our favourite was the 花雕 collagen one. Recommend to make reservation ahead.

Don’t expect to get service similar to HDL/BITP/Upin Hotpot. Quality and choices of food weren’t fantastic and a lot, and it’s expensive. Price per pax is almost the equivalent to eating at HDL/BITP

Soup bases were not bad. A waitress will be pushing the trolley of condiments to your table to ask what combination you would like. They have both big pots and individual pots.
