I think food needs more replenishment during the peak periods. Otherwise it was quite a positive experience. I think the spread of food variety should be increased

Had to wait a long time before being seated. Only two service staff so had to also wait for soup and meat to be served. Variety of food was good and the overall food quality was great.

Had lots of beef. Pretty fresh food and love the Kimchi and Sukiyaki soup. The sukiyaki soup can get a little salty after a while, but the Kimchi was the best.

The service staff were very attentative and quick in their response. Food was great! Especially the beef and cheesy meatball! I had a great lunch and will definitely recommend the restaurant to my friends!

the seat we had was right under the aircon and when almost finishing we discover water droplet dripped down from the aircon above us. food selection not much.

Service was not fantastic cos I think understaffed but luckily it was not crowded the day we were there.. Food was ok, variety ok.. Overall experience was quite good..

Booking was fuss-free. The restaurant was quite crowded and was under-staffed. But food quality is always good and once you get the attention of a service staff, you will be served promptly.

Liked the food. But was not too happy with the time restriction on the buffet. The restaurant was not very crowded. So there was no queue to get food and the wait to be served when food was ordered was short.

Everything was alright. Nothing to scream about. Price was reasonable. The 4 of us ate stacks after stacks of sliced beef and pork. I think they just need to help us remove the empty plates faster. That's about all.

was disappointed to find out that variety of food is very little. it should have more choices of food coming from a buffet restaurant. however, good and efficient service.

Good food and customer service. I enjoyed the meat and variety of vegetables. Only thing is the sauce bowls are left empty unless we inform the staff of it. Also they don't have the sesame sauce, instead they have a spicy peanut sauce which is just not my cup of tea.

good staff, fresh pork, chicken not as tasty, nice green tea, but no ice provided, ice desserts but only fruits which is not nice. aircon is cold.

Variety of food ingredients are limited and quantity of golden mushroom run out around 8pm at Marina Sq. Think that's too early to run out supply for dinner time. However the service staff were good, have to compliment their efficient and polite service.

Buffet choice a bit limited compared to other shabu shabu restaurants in Singapore. Ambiance is good, service was quick and attentive, overall the restaurant is a good choice for casual non expensive dinner.

The beef and the pork was quite good but can't say the same for the chicken. Though the selection is a little limited, it is excellent value for money with the OCBC Credit card 1-for-1 promotion.

too little choice compare to other steamboat buffet but the price is very cheap and use ocbe there is one for one promotion which is very worth

The restaurant has limited staff and the service was not very good despite the high price paid. The food variety was limited as well. It is not worth for the dinner price and the variety.

Our booking was recorded as per our order. We didn't need to wait for long time to enter the restaurant. When we visited the restaurant and said our booking through quandoo, they identified it quickly

restaurant was not prepared for crowd after CNY. the food and soup was not refilled despite repeated reminders. and the variety was really dismal. the meats are sliced thinly which is good but some of the beef was in frozen form

Good experience, good ambience, good customer service, good taste good and warm, best place to be with and also it a place easy to find.

Worth the money. Especially for NSF. Can improve on the choices of food and timing allocated for eating as 80 mins is abit too short. Preferably 90 mins

Very good selection of vegetables. Beef and pork were all lean cut. The Tonkotsu soup base was well stocked. My friend loved the shabu shabu here and she's definitely coming back for more.

Helpful and friendly staff. But there was no cheese balls when visit. But overall still a pleasant dinner with friends. Always a choice to go back especially marina square branch.

Good service. As we came after the lunch rush hour, the staff did not chase us away after the 60mins limit. Varieties of food were not too bad and the soup base were yummy. I brought a foreign friend with as this was the first time she had steamboat and she thoroughly enjoyed it!

The service staff was really helpful in getting us a bigger table (there were 8 of us!) and was speedy in bringing us our food orders. Thank you for making our dinner experience enjoyable :)

Visited on a Monday night. Severely understaffed, only 2 staff available during the dinner period. The two did not smile even once throughout. Soup ladles were not even provided (isn't this a basic item for hot pots?) at each table. Food variety was average. Overall, would not consider returning to this restaurant.

The food was very fresh, however the choices of meat are limited to just one type of chicken pork and beef. Service was good and efficient in getting what you want. There was no queue when I was there at 1 pm, however best to make a reservation just in case. Would definitely come back again!

The variety of food available for the buffet was good, sadly ice cream was limited to dinner sessions and not allowed for lunch guests. Service was slightly slow as well but friendly.
