Happy coming back for cny with family this year. Food and service great.

Really good basic shabu shabu for those who have a craving

Price ok, food ok. Used to go here more often but not so now.

Food is good and authentic, especially the beef slices as well.

We went in at 7pm. Waited till about 7.25pm to get someone at out table to get our order, started eating at about 7.45pm. Didnt receive any timely service, putting our hands up didn't get any waiters attention. Most of the time, there wasn't anyone around,and when they were, they walked with their head down and didn't look around at the tables. My drink wasn't refilled at all, wben though I ordered the free flow of drinks, because there was no staff around. When we finally got a waiter, Jeremy spoke very rudely to us and made it sound like we were being a bother when we just wanted to order more meat. When I went to find someone to give us service, Grace told me that "there's only two of us". Is that my fault? I paid a premium to come to this restaurant. I get better service at the regular sukiya restaurants. Grace and Jeremy are horrible wait staff. Jeremy smelled of cigarette smoke and Grace was extremely forgetful and slow. There was an Indian waiter who didn't wear a name tag who was quite good and actually brought us our meat in a timely manner, but he wasn't around most of the time. Even after taking this long to serve us, at 8.15pm, Jeremy had the gall to come tell us that our time was up and we couldn't order anymore. That's not fair. We didn't get service, and yet, they wanted to prevent us from ordering more? Good thing we ordered from another Chinese waiter, and managed to at least leave the establishment in a not-hungry state. I would not recommend this place at all. Horrible.

Chefs pls concentrate on ur freshness of tofu(seafood tofu),(cheese tofu),sashimi and I think ur cucumber beside the sashimi got frostbites,it shouldn’t happens at a Japanese restaurant even is buffet,and I hope waiters pls remember what’s your customer needs,don’t let your customer remind u three to four times,I knew today is so different for u guys cause u need to serve customer all the food and dipping sauce as usually u all don’t have to,anyway,u guys are doing great! !
