The staff on duty was unprofessional. They didn’t bother to check our orders. As a result, the birthday surprise didn’t happen as planned. The manager could be a better role model. Thinking that I couldn’t understand Malay, he asked his colleague what else I wanted when I informed her of the blunder they made that spoilt our evening. They didn’t even bother to apologize. Food standards have gone down too.

This is my 5th visit dinning at Spize @ Rifle Range with excellent services, good food, fast reaction from staff, environment noisy new group activities but really a problem. Car park lots was full but still have lot space at Car park D is a walking distance not a problem. My guests was happy to be there as their first time and will cater more guests in the future. Thank you we have splendour time there.

My reservation did not show up in the system. We ended up going elsewhere for our dinner as the restaurant was packed. We are not coming back.

Food quality was average for the western items. The local menu selection was good. The place was busy and we could see that the waiters were struggling to cope with the crowd
