Great, convenient as we were staying at the hotel. Food was pricey but taste was good! Pasta was unique
The wood-fired steak and pasta were amazing. The staff were great in their service and gifted us a small slide of cake to celebrate my wife's birthday.
This is a highly recommended restaurant. Great food and ambience with lovely views.
Nice view nice food, great for dating Must try the truffle carbonara.
Food was good! Ordered the saganaki cheese and prawns which were pretty good though i feel like texture of the prawn ajillo could’ve been better where the prawn was a little powdery. For mains we had lamb shoulder (which we didn’t know was a stew) and corsican carbonara and it wasn’t superb or anything but I will say the texture of the pasta was good and the lamb shoulder was quite tender and very flavourful. Restaurant gave a complimentary slice of red velvet cake for my girlfriend’s birthday so service was pretty fair and pleasant. I won’t come all the way here for food again but if i am near beach station i wouldn’t mind popping by. Oh and the ambience was fair, not anything superb but only slightly above your average restaurant.
Service was good. Wanted to order the Cajun favor but guess the server heard wrongly and serve the garlic butter. But server got us some condiments to make it more flavorful.
Loved the ambience of the place. Need a few more vegetarian options .. Customer service is really good . Polite wait staff .. love it :)
We really enjoyed all the dishes we ordered! The grilled tomino cheese was (meltingly) delicious, as was the cavatelli pasta. lamb shoulder was also really tender and came in a generous portion.
Superb service and good food with views. Beware can get noisy if swim crowd moved into the restaurant during rain.
Food was pretty decent. We absolutely loved the parmesan fries! The mixed grill platter was delicious too. Staffs were friendly and service was good.
I made a last minute reservation for 2 at 1VU on Saturday night, and I'm glad I did. The restaurant followed up with my reservation promptly and catered to some of my additional requests as well. The service didn't just stop there. The staff were very well-versed in their menu as they explained the dishes to us before ordering and when the plates arrived on our table. We ordered the communal set which had a total of 8 or 9 sharing plates. Wanted to add on their wagyu blade steak but they advised me not to as we might over order. (Which was true, my partner and I were stuffed even before they brought out dessert). I think the set had enough variety of protein to fill your tummies, so.. They missed out our rice though, but it's okay. Everything tasted amazing, particularly the red snapper fillet with beurre blanc sauce. Do give the grilled octopus a try too. That was my partner's favourite (he liked the Korean twist to the sauce). Also a must try are the cocktails. I tried the one with the preserved mangoes and it was YUMS. Will definitely head back again with friends after the whole Covid-19 situation for the good food, chill vibes (view is killer) and top notch service from the whole staff on duty. Price point is also reasonable for a restaurant/day club. Gotta try the steak when I return!
Great vibe and food! Staff was very nice. Will come back.
