So Pho Parkway Parade is so good. It’s a restaurant that serves only the most authentic and traditional Vietnamese food to the hungry folk of Singapore, cooking up everything from pho and banh mi to freshly made summer rolls and bento sets. As is the way in the Vietnamese kitchen, freshness is extremely important, that’s why So Pho Parkway Parade uses only the freshest ingredients to prepare each and every dish on the menu. Of course, you’ll find So Pho inside Parkway Parade mall on Marine Parade Road where it’s absolutely worth heading armed with an advanced reservation.
Dear guests, kindly note that the holding time for reservations is only 15 mins, after which tables will be released automatically.
So, as the team at So Pho will tell you themselves, there’s no need to travel all the way to Ho Chi Minh or Hanoi for a good bowl of pho. In fact, you only need to travel as far as this Marine Parade restaurant as the pho broths are homemade with love and complemented by premium meats and veggies. Our favourite pho on the So Pho Parkway Parade menu comes complete with sliced beef, brisket and beef balls. Yep, all three, and eaten with some zingy summer rolls there’s really no going wrong.
Also to be expected on Marine Parade Road are more bento sets than we know where to start with. That said, the curry chicken bento is a classic while the basil leaves with beef bento comes complete with a few more unusual Vietnamese delicacies. So Pho Parkway Parade also serves trusty fried rice and noodle dishes alongside some of the best banh mi baguettes in this part of Singapore. Simply put, if you want real Vietnamese food made the real Vietnamese way, you needn’t think much harder than a reservation at So Pho Parkway Parade.
The restaurant is well prepared to receive the iftar crowd. It should probably provide dates to give it the extra mile for its customers. Clearly a busy restaurant with multiple order for delivery as well. Staff not necessarily the friendliest. However, they are efficient.
