Shin Kushiya is one of the first Japanese eateries to introduce the traditional Japanese BBQ concept of ‘Kushiyaki’ to Singapore. Signature skewers of delectable meat and seafood are grilled at temperatures of up to 1.200 Celsius to give them a crispy, smoky exterior while locking the juiciness inside. Whether you decide to nibble your way through their range of skewers or decide to go for one of their other Japanese specialities, you will do so in a classy, contemporary setting overlooking Sentosa. Shin Kushiya is one of those rare restaurants that go out of their way to satisfy their guests with excellent service, outstanding food and honour and loyalty to culinary traditions. We were ushered quickly into the restaurant despite a long queue at the door. Food was ok. Service a tad slow and items were missing in the SET meal and needed a few reminders through different wait staff to get it.

The food was nice and the environment was great but overall the pricing is kind of overpriced.
