Thinking about making a Saint Pierre booking?
Since its opening in 2000, Saint Pierre has been a stalwart of the Singapore restaurant scene, and if you’ve only been to their former locations at Clarke Quay or Sentosa Cove, it might be time to pay them another visit – this time at their latest venue in Raffles Place. Situated at One Fullerton at Fullerton Road, the new Saint Pierre features an intimate dining experience with no more than 30 seated guests, thus ensuring exceptional service and high standards of quality control for every dish that leaves the kitchen.
With head chef, owner and culinary stalwart Emmanuel Stroobant helming the kitchen, you know you’re in good hands whether you go all out with Saint Pierre’s 20-course Adventure menu, or opt for a more subdued five-course Classic menu. A mix of modern French flavours with Asian influences is how we’d best describe the dishes here, created with the freshest and most current seasonal produce. Singapore’s only entry to the distinguished Relais & Châteaux certainly lives up to its reputation, offering an excellent all-round gastronomic journey of discovery that is enhanced by gorgeous waterfront views, making this Raffles Place gem a must-try at least once in your life. Reservations are highly recommended.
