The counter was incredibly impolite insisting we had to sit outside as the indoors was full. It was not throughout our entire meal. Furthermore, this is not child friendly at all as they requested us to remove our stroller. This was very disappointing for our daughter's 2nd birthday and I would like management to account for this poor experience.

This was my 2nd time having dinner at the restaurant. The food was super delicious, service was excellent. The live music was mind blowing. We came to give my 2 kids a birthday treat but you guys made it even more special . Thank you so much. I will see more of me with new group of people again.

Overall, I am very happy. I plan to visit Royal Palm again in May this year together with my visiting guest. I very much like the dining by the pool. Never before I experience such an ambience. Its wonderful.

My 2nd visit with my loved ones. They had black pepper crab that day and it tastes as good as the chilli crab. Great promo and worth it.

We were there for Xmas gift exchange dinner & my husband's birthday with my colleagues. Food was awesome especially the crabs! We enjoyed it!

Food is great. But can be crowded especially after they opened up the foyer area for more guests. They should consider opening up another set of buffet spread outside for those seated outside to manage the long queue. Counter staff could be friendlier. NEVER offer lucky draw coupons unless you ask for. Happened several visits. Wonder why.

Will come back again. Hopefully there is promotion during weekends.

Enjoyed the various food spread. Being a public holiday, the queue to take yr food was extremely long. Anyhow, food was replenished very fast. Thumbs up to the chefs n staff for the excellent service.
