On the East Coast, looking out onto the Singapore Strait, Rong Heng Seafood serves some of the freshest ocean produce anywhere on the island. All cooked adhering to the well-loved recipes of China, at Rong Heng you can enjoy Singapore favourites such as chilli crab, as well other, somewhat less common delicacies in the form of shark fin, sea cucumber and live bamboo clam. Oh, and did we mention Rong Heng – set on the East Coast Parkway – is a robot restaurant? Yep, all your food will be served to you by specially programmed, Robot Lucy, and you can even request some mid-meal entertainment – the dancing robots know all the moves to Gangnam Style… Should you wish for a slightly more relaxed dining experience, however, Rong Heng also offers al fresco seating. This place is great – reserve a table now.
Great customer service. Great food menu, especially the Boston lobster soup and seafood beehoon. Staff, managers and even the robot was extremely attentive to our needs.
The waitress is very effective. Service is good. Food not bad. But we don't really like the salted egg crab coz it is fried. Too crush, can't taste the meat of the crab. Should follow their recommendation of ordering black or white pepper Crab
