Rocku Yakiniku

Service was rather slow. We ordered food before the other tables and yet they got served before us. Spent most of the lunch time waiting.

It is a very good place! I love it so much! BBQ uses charcoal not just electronic, no oil added makes it healthy! Live songs!

A little pricey and with a sunday surcharge of $3++ per pax for the yakiniku beer buffet which wasn't shown in the posters or communicated earlier. They looked a little short-handed in the service department but were definitely trying very hard. The service experience was satisfactory. Food too.

Drinks were a bit too expensive and the waiters sometimes messed up our orders but other than that, it was a good dining experience overall.

Went for dinner buffet with one of my friend and it includes seafood BUT I really feel that I did not get my money's worth and they are not able to deliver whatever was ordered. As I am a fan of prawns, I actually ordered 3 portions of prawns and alas! The portion that came is the same as the one portion previously (they gave one portion of certain stuff when we entered). So, I did an experiment and indicated 8 portions of prawns on the order slip. As expected, what came was still ONE SINGLE PORTION OF PRAWN. The cooked food are average, bbq meat are average but do avoid ordering the bbq items such as baby squid & octopus, those were really fishy and I almost puke after eating one of each. It's that bad. Before visiting I had saw really good reviews on quandoo but after that, I realized other websites do contain really bad reviews too. Be your own judge of how the food/place is. However, service is pretty nice.

my 2nd visit to this resturant. i book for ORD celebration. nice chill out place. sutiable for big group. got live band as entertaintment. thumb up

great place to chill and eat. We had the wagyu portions and it is delicious. They also serve cooked food which is really nice. The only thing i didn't like was that their drinks are pricey.

Food is good. Ambience is great. Some days there are live bands too. Great for huge group gathering. Only thing is the Wagyu beef promo not always available so have to check before heading there or make your reservations!

The staff were fast to respond on orders. The only thing that needs to improve is that the Chawanmushi needs to have more prepared. The cooked food section have pretty decent food as well. Another thing is that the music needs to just tune down a bit on the bass.

nice ambiance and food, we made a table reservation ahead and when we told the staffs, they were unsure about it and looked blur. Had to wait for the table because it was packed.

The service is fast only the food is a bit unexpected not that great. But overall environment is great.... Hope they will look into their food. Pleasant environment for gathering and easy accessible location

Awesome place! Great ambience, Live Band was great!! Service was excellent!!! Food was good, Price was very reasonable (there was a 25% discount) very good ventilation. Will definitely be back

Nice ambience and atmosphere. Foods was fresh and variety was good. Looks a little understaffed. Happen to visit on a weekend and there was liveband.

Nice place, value for money, great food. Could be better if there were more staff on duty as at times, we couldn't get refill of beer or request for food.

The food and ambience were both very good. The waiters were also very attentive and helpful. Didn't get to see the band, but would definitely recommend this place!

Quite good, Not too bad but no wagyu beef option for that day itself due to supplier not able to supply it for that day.

The restaurant has a nice ambience and is a good place for friends and family gathering. There is a wide variety of food and drinks. The service is good and the best is that your clothes will not get the BBQ smell after the dinner.

Food was really so so. Not enough staff and our waitress was not attentive, ordered something and never come, and we didn't bother to follow up! We don't like they turned on the music so loud, i guess it is better for friends' gathering, not for normal diners! May not consider to return!

I think the variety of food is quite narrow. Hope to have more variety. Service from staff was very good. They were very helpful and responsive.

Great ambience with good food. Could use a little more variety though, as it is a buffet. Enjoyed the live band and the happy hour promo.

Nice and fresh meat and seafood on charcoal grill. Thumbs-up. Only problem was waiting a while for the restaurant to prepare the heated charcoal. Else everything was good. Have been there twice. And I will go again.

Food variety is good and fresh. My 3rd visit today. Will continue to support! Damage about $46/pax for friday night dinner as we ordered drinks which was not included in the buffet

Food was not great and small portions for the Valentine's day set menu. There was also no live band that day. I will not go again.

It is a nice atmosphere restaurant. the food is okay. and the live band is good. we all are very enjoy. will go for the next gathering with my friends.

Poor service. Slow in serving orders. Need repeated reminders on orders. Buffet corner also not well-kept. Food nt replenished and sauces spilled over the counter topnt wiped.

nice lunch with some friends. the music here is nice, loud but relaxing. A wonderful place to hang out with friends. and the price is quite reasonable.

The worker servicing not bad and the food got lots choice, environment is ok although there is no air circular out the oily smell but price reasonable. Overall not bad.

Good value for money and have a good enough selection of marinated beef, pork and seafood to suit all taste. Music was too loud for conversation over the table.

Great place to chill with your friends with live music and Yakiniku. The self service free flow appetizer bar and good quality of meat served impressed us!

Good atmosphere as there is a live entertainment. The singer can sing Cantonese, Mandarin & English pop songs & also accepts song requests. The food is not bad & definitely is a good choice for group gathering & to chill out with friends & families for a charcoal dinner.

Food not bad. They don't serve plain water and if u need, u will need to buy evian water which is almost $6.00/- which I find its expensive. They could at lease charge around $2.00/-.

We ordered beer but the waiter (after taking our order) decided to hang around the stage to take photos for the singers. Then we managed to catch his attention again and told him that we want our beer. Only then he proceeded with our beer. That was a negative experience.

foods was ok... nice atmosphere... slightly disappointed on the live band on this second visit. the live band was better the other time on my first visit

Food was average as usual. But wagyu was unavailable at dinner time, the reason they gave was because the supplier has not restock yet. And the waiter kept forgetting our orders

the foods were nice..great atmosphere. great live music with both chinese & english songs.. bbq using charcoal hence can't adjust the temperature & fire are quite aggressive at some point

Asked for a table far a ea y from the live band cos it's a terrible live band. We were sat 1 table away when there are seats empty away from it. When food at the small buffet ran out,it was hardly topped up until you asked for it. Severely understaffed.

Staff are friendly and serving was fast. Second time back to Rocku with frends for a feast. We hope to c more variety of food.
