Wagyu beef was not available (i didn't mind paying extra). No free flow of corn too by 1pm. Staff are very friendly. Place can be brighter..

Can be rather noisy, and dark so might not be very suitable for children. The flashing lights was also quite annoying but the live music was nice, food was decent for the price.

The Food is not so good and fresh. The environment is Noisy with band singing. Will not visit again. It is ot worth the value.

Slow serving and limited choice. ordering system slightly confusing due to lack of explanation, resulting a long waiting time for the food to arrive. not recommended

There were limited meat options, not quite described in the website. Part of the meat buffet were out of stock, like wagyu, pork collar, etc. But general service level is good.

A few of the buffet items were sold out when we were there. Despite that, there were many selections. I love the pork collar and chawanmushi (also freeflow). Overall, satisfying meal.

Food is good. But the food run out too fast. We just had 30min dinner, the server told us the food finished. Service can be improve more.

Not sure if it's worth the money. Trial platter of meat and seafood would have filled at least one third of my stomach. If you are also going for the free flow beer, it makes you feel bloated. Overall, in 100minutes, you probably wouldn't be able to eat as much of your favourite meat as you like. Plus the setting is relatively dark and music is too loud to do any decent talking

Food quality is not good. Meat was thin and not tasty. Seafood always come in quantities less than what we had actually ordered. Enjoyed the live performance though.

Overall, the environment is nice and taste of food is good, but only the music is too loud and we hardly to have a talk.

The 100mins time limit is ridiculous considering the slow service and staff not responding to you while you try to get their attention. A long period was wasted with nothing to cook. What made the whole experience a terrible one was the staff not wanting to accept our last order, claiming that we will exceed the time limit as the order was "too much" and want to reduce the amount. I think it's very unprofessional because they did not even consider the fact that the reason we had the delay in ordering was because of their own inefficiency. The music was also too loud and I couldn't even communicate with my tablemates without raising my voice. Lastly, the cooked food like chicken karage, was overcooked, hard and dry.

Orders never came out complete. Although quality of food is ok. Ut was super hard to get people to take our orders whenever we need a refill. 1 time experience is good enough.

Space seating too squeezes, not a comfortable eating environment. For food, I rate 4 only, selection too little but quality is consider good. Hope got more improvement in future

I went to eat here with my girlfriend on Valentines and we decided to get the Valentines special (set menu). The food given in the set menu was alright but once we finished and went to the buffet selection there was absolutely nothing to eat. The buffet was very limited, which forced us to only eat fried chicken and rice. The desert selection was even worse. I would have to say that the ice-cream (little cups bought from a different company) was better than all the other food hands down. I would not dine here again nor encourage anyway else to. It was the most regretful S$120 I have ever spent in my opinion.

The atmosphere is towards pub style, with a spot for gigs. Too bad there wasnt any last night. The coals were already so piping red when placed such that we wasted no time and started bbq! Coals bbqs are always the best. Well marinated meats and coal bbq style. Miso soup was okay. Udon soup was not fantastic when my friend tried. The fruits at the salad bar were not fresh; the watermelon was not even juicy. Didnt try their sushi and didnt get to try the chawanmushi. There is a constant play of MVs to my music style which is a huge bonus. However they are all in Mandarin so might be a con for others. Also too loud for proper conversations if you sit opposite each other. Not good for bondings. Suitable for group hangouts just hanging. High score for the good meats, good bbq pit, and good music. Ridiculous thing that happened was they 'ran out' of membership cards. Else could have saved 20% and at this price it would have been more worth it.

Great service. Food is good, with quality meats. We didn't stink after the meal! But the music and spot light is a little too loud and bright.

Very nice and cozy environment, Staffs there are very attentive and very good services.. Foods are fresh and quantity are generous.. Definitely will come back again.

The service was really very bad. Also, when I reached then I was informed that on Valentine's Day has no buffet offered and only set dinner which costs for $88++ for 2. It wasn't stated on the website about this and the girl that was serving me was very rude as I was talking to her halfway and she jus went off and serve other customers. I can't believe that we pay service charge for such a service in these days.

It was good, greeted by waitress, food was awesowm. Service is quite responsive thou it was getting crowded. Meat is good. It will be perfect if the drinks are included as free flow.

Love the atmosphere! The unique decorations and the annoyingly addictive K-pop music video. The meat is delicious and fresh. And not forgetting, there was a server who is very attentive! Highly recommended!

food is so so only, limited variety. they should include more variety and not just the few selection. probably more meat variety and better standard of meat in terms of quality

Seafood are fresh however the meat is not as nice as expected. Bacon also sold out during our visit. Waiter did not explain clearly on the free flow beverages.

1. Could have freed up more walking spaces, also spaces between the stage and tables. 2. Speakers was placed quite direct to diners, could have been better.

Good food , good beer and live band. Charcoal gives the meat special aroma while the smoke from the stove is handed well so that you don't stink after.

Love the Charcoal grill. Delicious Wagyu beef. Worth the money. Service can be improved. Need to call many times before staff came to attend to us.

Got in quick with reservation but didn't get a full table where my friends and I could sit together as a group and have dinner togther, we sat in two seperate tables and had individual conversations.

Good ambiance, very nice food, good service by staff, it's very reasonable price rate for the lunch. i specially like the beef with the fatty part! Will recommend to my friends thanks!

Good ambience, not too crowded and has a live band. Seems to be however lack of service staff. But staff were all courteous and nice.
