The food is delicious and the Singapore Sling is equally good. The staff is pleasant, courteous and service oriented. Highly recommended to celebrate your birthday or memorable events.

Price wise is a little expensive but the quality and variety of food and service made up for it. The waiters and waitresses were extremely attentive👍

Too many service staff attended to us and they failed to communicate among themselves and we ended up paying for an extra pot of tea. Am ok to pay for the extra tea which we did anyway without any contest but they have to have better communication amongst themselves as one told us one and another told us to get another pot. Place was empty when we arrived but could not book the earlier slot which was puzzling. Overall food was alright and ambience was good as there was a pianist playing music in the background.

Changed to buffet but the price is the same as before. If buffet other hotels r cheaper. Loud live music was torture level bad taste

Love the ambience and the attentive staffs, the hi-tea could be better with more savoury selections instead of the sweet stuff. Sofa is not that comfortable as compared to Shang. But still worth to visit occasionally.

Very good experience. Nice food and ambience. However overall slightly pricey for the variety of food selection provided. Service is good and efficient. Live band is slighly too loud.

Limited selection of food for the buffet high tea spread. Uninteresting fusion food. Most meat - chicken and Wagyu beef were overcooked and tough. Desserts were mostly chocolates and were extremely sweet.

It was a wonderful dining experience. Luxury atmosphere is definitely good for dating. Their foods are gorgeous and you can definitely enjoy a relaxing afternoon there.

The only thing is that there was a fly keep flying around my table which was quite irritating. But the waiter tried to help by putting candles on the table to distract the fly. Overall, it was a pleasant experience having high tea at Chihuly Lounge.

Delicious food! Four stars due to service. Second course came out before first course/welcome drink. Needed to request coffee as no-one asked for our order.

Excellent for tea time and value for money. We actually enjoyed it a lot of the food set out is very much on par with some of the other hotels. Helps that the hotel lobby smells lush! Will come back

There are many kinds of food, sandwiches, sushi, french toast, many suites etc.. You also enjoy TWG tea although you can choose only one kind of tea.
