I like their lunch set that may choose either salad n mixed grain rice or both. I tried the chicken, fish, raw salmon and I like the taste and its tenderness. will recommend to try.

Very pretty & cozy place to admire while waiting for food. Ordered 4 different bowls of roast beef, beef sukiyaki, Hokkaido pork truffle & Shoyu Kaisen plus a bottle of the sparkling sake and a few side dishes. Generous portion & good quality food. Can’t wait to be back to try other items on their menu.

A simple and down to earth cafe offering tasty and affordable Japanese dishes. There are not a lot of varieties but the spread is good enough for a gathering of family and friends.

Food was average. I ordered some beef bowl and the beef was kind of tough to eat and food was not served hot (only lukewarm). Portion is still ok for the price. Probably more worth it if you come during lunchtime for lunch set/menu!

Decorations of the restaurant is artistic and cosy. Great for gathering too.

I had the Japanese wagyu beef bowl, and it was very delicious. There are also a few slices of truffle too. The only downside is the soup of the day is too salty. But I will come back to try other dishes again.

2nd visit to this restaurant, tried the teriyaki salmon, it was nice. Love the mentai squid, soft and juicy, is a must order side dish!

Overall the food served is yummy, especially the 16 grain healthier jap rice it used, decor is hipster.

Healthy tasty food, doesn't burn a hole in the wallet. Unique atmosphere due to decor from the upscale lightning biz which shares the same premises.

Wagyu don was good but the premium kaisendon came with bad Uni and Salmon. The tuna, scallop n prawns were fresh. The lettuce soaked in yuzu was overpowering n the sauce covered all of the rice which is not good. Put the salad yuzu on a separate bowl please. Rice is not supposed to taste like yuzu. Will not visit again.

food is reasonably priced tho service tend to be slow, waited for 15 min for 2 bowls of rice when we were the only table in the house.

Special decoration, and quiet environment. Rice bowls are nice and out of expectation.
