Had dinner here with my spouse on a Thursday evening. The place was rather busy, though not full. One of the first observations is that due to the open design, it was never too noisy. I noted that from the time we entered the restaurant to making our orders, it was pointed out to us the alcohol menu and the happy hour offers THREE times. It seems to me the servers were very keen to suggest for alcohol orders (we did not order any alcohol though). We ordered the following: 1) Deep Fried Buttermilk Calamari ($16) - This was very tasty and came with a rather good salted egg/ curry dipping sauce. 2) Green Fairy ($6) - This is a ice blended mix of mint, citrus and honey. It was very refreshing. 3) Tiger Prawn & Sakura Ebi Capellini ($24) - Great but not fantastic. The prawns were fresh and the level of spiciness surprised us a little. There was quite of bit of pasta and we thought the dish would give greater value with one more prawn. 4) Pan Fried Red Snapper ($25) - the fish was fresh and nicely pan friend. Mashed potato was smooth, tasty and not too heavy. The typical male diner could possibly feel unsatisfied with the portion of the dish (I was). Overall, we ended up with a bill of ~$60 after using a 1-for-1 mains offer on the HSBC Entertainer app. I thought the food was great overall, but slightly overpriced. Service was friendly and prompt - and they would do better just to point out happy hour offers once. I have a slight issue with the cutlery - who uses cutlery with skinny handles? Though a nice design, It makes it very awkward to hold and use during the meal.

Ambience was nice as we got a seat that has the rain vortex and fauna as the back drop. For food, pork jowl is a must order as it was very tender and juicy and had a good mix of fats. Will definitely be back for more!

Dinner with family. Food and service were very good and pricing was not too bad. What irked me was the $2 charge for water which is a huge disincentive for me.

They revamped the menu so certain items like the steak were no longer included. Still! The 1-1 makes the remaining items under discount worth it:)

The pork is a little dry and can be slightly undercooked a little to retain the juice but really good sauces that go with the chargrilled options
