Established in 1927, this Farrer Park icon is perhaps the most respected eatery in Singapore for authentic brothy goodness. Nan Hwa Fishboat is famous, but for the uninitiated their fishboat is a rich broth brewed slowly over charcoal, into which the freshest Chinese pomfret, red snapper and grouper are lowered and cooked to tender perfection.
