Nice ambience but main courses fail to live up to expectations

When my partner and I went to the restaurant, the ambience of the place makes you feel grand and at the same time you get the comfort from it. The surrounding is rather chirpy (which I prefer it that way as it would lighten down the mood). The menu is simple to understand, however, it would be best to ask questions about it from the staff (unless you like the surprise me experience). I would like to use this opportunity to highlight one of their staff, Byron. Bryon is vocal, straightforward and he knows what the customer wants. As usual, when I'm getting the cocktail, I am clueless on what's my taste bud's preference. I have a few flavourful descriptive words for the drink and off he goes on the surprise me cocktail. The cocktail was something I have never tried before. The taste is light and consistent. It matches to what I was craving about, and this goes for the same to my partner. The appetizers were spectacular at both the appearance and taste of the each dishes (remember to prepare you phone), the mains were rather usual looking, but the taste is worth the value (highly recommend the strong sizzling steak). If you are unsure of how you want to end your night, just check with Byron. His recommendations on the desserts were also on the point (whenever I see any creme brule, I'll think of Moonbow's Creme Brulee). Over it was a great experience, I can't wait to go back to try their course meal. Thank you!

Food was great. Ambience was pleasant. Service can be improved as staff came to us a few times to ask for order when we were still thinking of what to get. Aside from this, the service was prompt.

The restaurant is very pretty and so are the food. It was a pleasant surprise to have a complimentary appetiser which was a cotton candy served with flowers. The wait staff are very accommodating to taking of photos in fact they will ask whether we will like to take photo of the fish and chips before the luggage is taken away. However as it can get quite busy the staff may be a little stretched.

the menu sounded interesting and the settings makes one expect more than what it can deliver. there are hits and misses, which I hope they will improve on. the pork jowl is recommended, but that's about it. 🤔

The presentation of the dishes are pretty interesting. Since this is soft launch, I guess kitchen is still tweaking the dishes, some hot and miss but overall quite pleasant experience.
