When we went there the premium set was sold out. Fairly good ventilation.
Great value for money mookata but place is not ideal for dates.
Good quality meat for what you pay. A bit slow service when waiting for reserved table, and some items took longer than others to be brought to the table. But wait staff and friendly and chirpy which makes up for it

food wise good but a bit of short of staff
The place is really hot and stuffy! Aircon doesn’t really work towards the inside. They don’t really have much waiting staff on hand so be prepared to wait when you order food and drinks. They need a couple of reminders before you really get your stuff. However, food is good and value for money.
Good food. Love the charcoal and big hot pot. Meats are well marinated. I liked the set for 4. Been coming back to this place repeatedly for years... not an easy feat for a restaurant on star-studded East Coast Road.
Food is good and service is not good too even though there were only 2 serving staff attending to like 7 or 8 tables and the 2 doubled up as cashier too
The staff was very responsive , and service was quick, meat was fresh and the set of 4 was more than enough for our family of 5( including a kid. I tween and 1 teenager)
Food was good, prices were reasonable. Staff was all really friendly and attentive. Very fast and good service. Enjoyed my dinner there. Will return again.
