A relatively quiet place for a chill dinner with friends!

the food n live. jazz is great.. even brought a friend along

cozy environment with good service and enjoy their live jazz music.

We were the only people sitting outside (because inside seating was full). Three waiters were working on the floor and none of them even thought of approaching us in the first 15 minutes. When I went to place my order, the server was irritated that I didn't wait for him to come to my table. Then the barman told me that my date had to come to the bar and purchase a happy hour cocktail herself. I understand that some guys try to get Cosmos for free, but c'mon, what a joke policy. Basically, the whole night was a fetch game with them. If anything, your food was decent, so 2 stars from me. On the side note, you guys should seriously analyse your FOH operation.

Very lovely place for brunch, really recommended. the music is really good as well, live jazz music and there is a lady there who is really good.

The food we ordered was slightly on the salty side for our taste though, but generally still good. The sous-vide veal was too tough. The ambience was nice. perhaps the music can be a little softer during dinner. They have a music ensemble with good vocal.

The food wasn't so good but the live music was great! To me, the BB burger which seems popular was just average. Service was great and attentive although I must add that it was a quiet Thurs night.

Absolutely LOVED the ambience here. Such great decor and lovely mood especially with live jazz music. Food was good, especially loved the mushrooms. Would come back again!

Great atmosphere, we booked a table at 7pm, 2 adults + 2 kids, very good food, kids were able to choose from the bar snacks menu. Live music was really good too

Great brunch. Excellent food. Loved the Bloody Mary station. Excellent band. Good service. Friendly wait staff. My friends and I had a lovely afternoon there. I will be back.

Really enjoyed the experience here. Service was very attention and the food was very well prepared. The menu is a little on the small side and doesn't seem to change that frequently, also quite expensive. But the room layout was very nice and the live music during the meal was enjoyable.

Mr Bartender took my drink away after seeing me drinking my friend's 'ladies' night' drink. So many different ways of dealing with this situation rather than creating an unpleasant situation by taking away a half-drank cocktail...

It's girls chill nite. Ordered cocktails, wine to go with foi gras and the awesome grilled lamb rack. Lamb rack is v good. Great ambience, excellent services from the 2 waiters. Love the live singing a great voice and smile. My girl friend ordered their signature cheesecake which goes well with the strawberries and berries. Will visit again.

We went as 6 ladies on a Wednesday night and had a table outside. The staff were fantastic as were the complimentary drinks . We had bar snacks that were excellent and incredibly good value. We then finished off our evening with lots of dancing to the fantastic band... great value, great experience

Services were quite slow but probably due to Father's Day crowd. Otherwise staffs, food and ambience are pretty family friendly. Will frequent again next time.

Food was great, service is moderate. the roof of the restaurant is dripping water down the table we are sitting. My friend had to shift his seat. the music was great, the ambience of the cafe is fantastic.

Welcome and service warm as usual. You come for the music the food the drinks and the service. Not crowded which is what I look for

Can only recommend this place. We enjoyed having time there. The food was very very good and the service was excellent. We will come back.

It was wonderful! The food was interesting and I loved the crab pasta and squid ink tagliatelle. The music was fantastic! We had a wonderful jazzy evening.

Nice place and a good platform for young talented musicians. Food was good but all came very quickly one after another, some people may like that but it is better to ask the guests. The place was also pretty warm but that was perhaps due to a technicality.

Great place for jazz music and lovely ambience. Wide drinks selection. Food might need to reconsider. Nothing too fancy, just average. It can be better.

Place with nice ambience and live music. But food was mediocre and over-priced. They also practise 1st seating (to leave by 9.00pm) and 2nd seating (9.00pm onwards) . But only 2 tables were asked to leave at 9.00pm, while the others stayed on. Not sure why...

Excellent food, attentive staff, interesting music. All good! Just tell the band to sweat more and take less breaks! Jazz is passion!

Great music and ambience, however the drink is lacking. Ordered two cocktails singapore sling and 1 more drink (i forgot) however, the alcohol is very minimal it almost tasted like a mocktail. Service was great though. Just need to improve on the drinks..

Great ambience and love the live music. One of the waiter was horribly rude though. Remember to request for seats that has a view of the stage where the live music is.

Food was ok, I can't tell same thing for drinks, I had worst Martini B. Ever , live music didn't meet with my Jazz music expectations, but service was good, friendly staff

Great jazz! Good drinks and friendly service. Worth trying. I really enjoyed the negroni. It's a good place for a date. What more do you need to know.

Food was good and live music as well. Less good was the fixed menu for brunch, too much food for some of us. But staff was kind enough to arrange a smaller menu and adjust the price accordingly.

The main reason Montreux is getting a 3 today is the service. The food is good (although they have NO idea how to make a rösti) and having a bit of jazz in the background is great. But the service is just very annoying. They're not sure of the brunch offering and they try to charge you for everything although it's already included in the price. So it's a constant negotiation. They have a live station at the brunch but 90% of the time there's no one to look after the guests and not all the dishes were prepared that were on the menu.

I went on a Friday evening and it was definitely a wise decision to book. Despite its name, its a restaurant with restaurant prices and restaurant atmosphere. The ambience was cosy although it was not a tiny space. The live music started at 8pm and that's one good reason to visit the restaurant. Did not stay for second band which was a pity as the lineup was fantastic. Staff were friendly, and attentive. Food was delectable and the only reason I did not give them full rating was because of the portion of the dishes. If eating till you're 80% full is your thing, then it's all good. Go support local musicians!

Great music - fantastic fusion jazz band. Excellent food, good cocktails. Only negative was that the place was only half empty. Not sure why - it's a hidden gem in my opinion.

Nice ambience. Good live music. Food was pretty tasty especially the scallops and beef burger. Love the champagne. Though a little pricey but will definitely return again!

I was hoping to hear live instrumental music instead of live DJ music; a big difference. I hope that future visits will offer the former.

Both the food and ambience were good. The music played was of a good standard as well. More of a upclass restaurant than a cafe in terms of both quality and price.

Good looping music on jazz oldies. Nice ambience with a bit outdated decor. Veal main course excellent. Cheesecake dessert is good and just different with top white chocolate layer.

Average brunch experience in terms of food. Eggs benedict served with poached eggs which were overcooked. Service was above average though, with attentive manager and servers.
