Food quality has decline dont think. I will visit again not worth the value.

Food Portion is really small and the quantity is base on what u see on their iPad. Do order more if you are a big eater. Food taste is not bad. Price consider abit expensive for weekday dinner. Price wise could be better if they have a weekday rate. Service wise still not bad.

Serve good foods and excellent place for small group as there are limited seats. Have to book in advance

Ordered buffet. But they say my son who is 1.15m also need to pay. No choice pay lor. But other then that, i am happy with the service. They serve fast, and they have very nice staff. Will return again. Thk u.

The food was generally okay. The only feedback is that we did not get what we ordered on the sheets of paper that we ordered on. It seemed that for every order sheet that we filled up and sent, only a few will be fulfilled and delivered. This is especially so for cooked items. The service was good. They cannot be blamed for non-delivery of the food that we ordered as it was all sent to the kitchen and they only deliver what was prepared. On the whole the dining experience was still okay and worth the money we paid for.

We have been patronised Mitsuba several time. Food and service standard still well maintained. highly recommended to those love for Japanese buffet. Well done and keep it up!

Our 3rd time visit, and i must say it never disappointed us! We cannot say it is the best Japanese restaurant but definitely one of the best Japanese buffet restaurant here. For the price we paid and not-so-close to next table environment, we definitely enjoyed the food under this relaxing atmosphere. Not disappointments, the sashimi was thick as usual but surprising it was really fresh today, quite amazing! Staff was attentive and helpful and not the least, we enjoyed the sake promotion too!

First time visit and will come back again. Monday evening was not busy and staff was attentive. Read from other comments that the sashimi cut is generous and it was very big portion and quality was good! Love the atmosphere and the setting, not so close to other table. Will come back again and big bonus is free parking redemption!

While the food is decent, the service staff is a let down to the restaurant. Inattentive, forgetfulness and a gloomy personality. Do hire a front manager to ensure a consistency in service standards Dining is a overall package thus my rating of 2.

Food was good. The ala carte buffet has good variety. Enjoyed the sashimi, pidan tofu, tempura items and grilled stuff. Service could be improved though.

The attendants are friendly and attentive to us, also kept on refilling drinks for us, the food is decent for the price you paid. Currently they have 15% discount for dinner buffet, quite worth it. We love the century egg tofu. ")

Furnishing at the window side felt old. Mixed feelings on the food with above average tori karage curry rice and aburi salmon roll. Sukiyaki however, was too sweet and for the price ($28), its really just a whole pot of veg with limited beef slices and other ingredients (1 piece of tofu -_-''' ) . Perhaps the buffet might be a better alternative.

A pretty good place with a nice ambience at Clarke Quay. Friendly staff and I even got a free lava cake as it was my birthday month, my only gripe is that the sashimi wasn't cold and did not taste fresh.

good service and nice food. able to order small portion, as small as 1 piece to try the item. pity they don offer shabu shabu but with the 15% promo, its really worth it. Recommended for friends gathering.

Nice food as usual. Need to make prior reservations. The special item could be revised from time to time. Should consider discount even for 3 pax during lunch.

Item comes in small portion which is good, would be better if there are more variety to choose from. Taste and quality of food is average.

The food was so so only. The prawn quality used wasn't good. Airconditioning was bad. Service was ok. Tempura batter was too thick. Other than this, others was ok.

Overrated. Service is bad. We reached 7.45pm the restaurant staff John said yr reservation is at 8pm table not ready but I saw people leaving the restaurant and there were tables ready. I asked the staff John are you sure the tables are not ready? He replied rudely YA and walked away. My daughter was getting restless, not sure what's the restaurant concern on insisting every customers to get in at 8pm sharp. They could have got us seated ist while we wait till 8pm to order the food. When we got our table at 8pm the table was not even cleaned properly with food bits left behind by the previous diners. Menu wasn't the same as the 1st time came. Quite a few items were taken oyt frim the previous menu. The 2nd visit was a disappointment the sashimi was not fresh at one point. Staff could not understand English and had to get another person to translate to us. Terrible experience.

The restaurant seems to be really warm without proper air-conditioning. Service staff are quite attentive, but order can come quicker. Serving portion is good though.

Nice sashimi. Could consider adding soft shell crab, eel and having different 'special item. overall good experience and value for money. Prior booking is required especially for dinner.

As the building is under renovation, the outlet does not have any air-con on. Warm weather makes the place feels warmer. It does have fans on but not enough to make you feel cool. Food is satisfactory.

Dinner buffet price is very reasonable with 15% discount. Food portion is small which is ideal for buffet. Not many food choices but still acceptable. Should improve in ventilation.

Service not so much. They need to better take care of customers and tend to them quickly. Speed of food is good though, taste is good as well.

My part of 4 went for the lunch buffet and got the 1 eats free deal for 4 adults dining together. Great value with good selection of fresh sashimi, crispy tempura and yummy meats and fish!

Sashimi wasn't very fresh, tasted a little off. Overall, service was a little slow, waited very long between orders. No spoons provided for miso soup.

Food serving was very slow this time compare to previous visits due to power tripped as informed by the restaurant, but luckily the quality of the food were not compromise, so still will go back in future. 😉

Always loved this place. I've been here many times. Especially good is their super thick slices of sashimi! I usually eat the ala carte menu though.

Food was great & satisfactory. There was 15% discount for dinner even on weekends except Fri, Eve of & PH. Service was fast, attentive & alert. Was served complimentary Grilled Prawn Mentai & each lady receive a rose during Valentine's Day.

Decent service, good food, quiet atmosphere. Booking service was good, no waiting time. However, time from ordering to serving took quite long and some orders were mixed up

Food were fresh, but I had to order chicken joint twice but still did not come. Servers need to pay more attention to such details

Great food and good service, will go again. It was having a sg50 15 percent off promotion, except for Friday, PH and PH eve. We went there on Saturday, and luckily it wasn't counted as PH eve so we got the discount.

The serving was slow. and some of the orders went MIA. but overall still consider ok as the price we paid for is justifiable. The grilled items could be done better.

Buffet was okay overall. But found the sashimi a little unfresh. Overall a decent experience with the service and food. Suggestion will be to serve the sashimi platter with ice to preserve the freshness

quality is good but can be slow with the serving of order depending on the dish ordered. waitresses services generally above average, close to a good rating.

Nice ambience. Service was commendable. And food was awesome. Portions were generous. We really enjoyed the Aburi Salmon Roll and the Hiyashi Chuka Ramen. Salmon was grilled perfectly and coated with just the right amount of teriyaki sauce. The squid was also fresh and cooked perfectly to achieve just the right bite. Green Tea was served free of charge. A wonderful dining experience.
