Seamless reservation via Quandoo. My first time experience in Mitsuba. Heard lots of great things through their google review. We went for the non-premium buffet, which is about ~$150 (with gst and service charge) for two pax. Non premium buffet is enjoyable enough. You can also order oysters 6 pcs at $18 if you purchase buffet options to spice up your variety. We loved the sashimi (salmon, swordfish, amberjack, ika and tako and tuna). Slices were fatty, juicy and generously served in thick slabs. We greatly enjoyed it. There are also a variety of deep fried dishes, in which we tried cheeseball, fried silver fish, takoyaki (will take some time to be served to you), katsu. We got the stir fried vegetables as well to go along with the garlic fried rice. Of everything, I feel that the garlic fried rice was so-so. We went for seconds on the beef (the first was the most delicious, the second and third was not as good hence I would conclude that it is not as consistent). They also serve green tea (hot and cold) but it took our initiative to get them to refill them. Overall it is a good experience and I would rate my experience 9.5/10.

we have booked for 12 pax to enjoy ladies night on Monday with 15% off, everything else is good except the service of 1 staff which we all agreed a kind of rude when serving us. We did not hesitate to feedback and immediately staff in charge provided us with excellent service which is in favor of our liking. Nevertheless this will be my next visit of restaurant for sure :)

Love the spread of the buffet but some of the dishes were quite salty on its own. Might need a noodle or rice dish to counter. But all in all, really yummy food! Dishes came out fast too!

Portions were small and good for a buffet hence allowing us to try more things. Sashimi was thickly cut and fresh.

Probably the best Japanese buffet in Singapore, with a high quality selection of items that other restaurants won’t typically serve in a regular menu such as ikura, gindara, hamachi, unagi, etc. Wait times can be quite long when there’s a rush of orders, and they do miss out orders, but generally the staff are quick on their feet with requests.
